When they rounded the corner, Momo and Kurama left it in Hiei's hands. It was a good place to catch her off her guard if she truly was following her them. She would have to turn the same corner in the alley way and when she did...well Hiei was prepare to meet her.
"Remember, don't hurt her.." Momo mouthed to him before their pursuer appeared.
No confirmation came from Hiei's mouth as the girl came. He was just prepare to knock her down.
'There!' He striked immediately at her when he saw her roundabout the corner. 'Humans, thinking they are so oblivious.' He took her down in one blow knocking her to the concrete. It seemed to how dispel whatever trick she had to make herself invisible.
She was still conscious, which was a good thing. Since the former fox and cat demon wanted it alive.
"Stalker much?" he said to her when she glared at him. He had her on all sides in case she tried to escape, plus with Kurama and Momo there she was outnumbered.

As soon as she turned the corner she realized it was a trap. They had been waiting for her in the alleyway and the shortest of the three had struck her and knocked her to the ground. Her invisibility dropped and she slowly sat up.
"Ugh...shoot..." Yua groaned. There was no escape.
Kurama leaned in towards the girl. "We don't want to hurt you. However, we do want to ask why you're following us."
Yua grunted, "How could you tell? No person has ever figured out my invisability power."
"Well...we're not truly people." Kurama grinned.
Yua looked puzzled but didn't pursue it, "Well are you gonna turn me in to the police."

"Hmph," grunted Hiei. "You wish we were that merciful..." he glared at her probably sending chills down her spine.
"Hiei, that's not very friendly," said Momo. She offer the girl a hand feeling some sympathy towards her. She refused to drop her guard though. At least she wouldn't be sitting on the floor anymore. "We are a lot nicer then you think. Hiei just has a bad attitude sometimes."

Yua only glared right back at the shorter boy in reply. She was then surprised by the girl's act of kindness towards her. She graciously took her hand and stood up, brushing dirt from her pants. "Thanks."
Kurama gave Hiei a disapproving glance and returned his attention back to the girl. "Where are our manners? My name is Kurama, this is Momo and this one over here is Hiei." He said as he pointed to his companions.
"So...if you're not going to take me to the police what are you going to do with me?" Yua asked.
"Well, perhaps we should ask Koenma that question?" Kurama said, looking to each of his comrades for their opinions.
"Koenma?" Yua wondered aloud.

"I don't know if we need to go that far..." stated Momo. "Why were you following us? Did you overhear our conversation in the coffee shop?"
In truth she could have guessed the answer. The slyness of their stalker made her extremely experience. The three former thieves were able to guess that she was a thief herself. And at the mention of a valuable artifact must have grabbed her attention no doubt.

Kurama merely smiled at Momo, "Just throwing out an idea."
Yua's eye darted between the three as she weighed the pros and cons of confessing in her mind. With a sigh she finally gave in. "Alright I'll be completely honest with you three if you promise not to report me to the authorities."
Yua took a moment to fully compose herself, running a hand through her strawberry blonde hair as she exhaled. "The truth is I'm a thief for hire and I steal things for blackmarket buyers or high end collectors. I specialize in art and artifacts. When I heard you were going to transport a very dangerous artifact I figured I could steal it, sell it to the highest bidder, and not perhaps retire."
Kurama listened intently to her story and turned to Hiei once she finished. "Hiei could you tell if she was lying?"

"The human girl seems legit," he stated closing his eyes. "What do we do with it though now? It's of no use."
"We promise not to turn her in though," said Momo. "And the human has a name." She realize they didn't know it and decided to ask. "What is your name?"

"It!?" Yua screeched. "I am not an it!"
Her fists clenched and unclenched in fury at the small demon. How dare he call her an it! It took all her focus to not pounce on him and stangle him.
Yua quickly composed herself upon being asked her name, "You can call me Yua..."
Kurama shook his head at Hiei, "We can't get rid of her! She's not a tool to be tossed away when not needed. Well Momo what do you think we should do with Yua? Mind wipe her or let her go?"
"M-m-mind wipe??? You are NOT going to wipe my memory" Yua protested.

"What point is there in letting her go? She's obviously still a thief. I noticed she was watching that museum before we came in to the coffee shop," said Momo.
I bet she is going to go back there anyways. Not a good idea.
"Just mind wipe her," stated Hiei put off by Momo's lack of reasoning. "I think she has seen too much."
She scowled at him.
"Yua, was there something at the museum that you were after?" Momo asked.

Yua glared furiously at Hiei, he was starting to rub her the wrong way. "I told you you're not laying a hand on me." She then looked back to Momo having been asked a question. "Uhm well, I had been comissioned to steal a picture for a collector. He was going to pay rather handsomely too, why?"
"Hmmm," Kurama said, "I'm afraid that if you try to wipe her memory now it will be too difficult to separate all her memories of us from the others and you might accidedntly erase some important memeories of hers, like who she is and where she comes from. I'm afraid we can't erase her memories now."
Yua then breathed a sigh of relief, now she didn't have to worry about losing her memories. Still she didn't like the short one.
"What if we, tried to recruit her?" Kurama said with a slight smirk.

Both Hiei and Momo glared at him.
That was a bold lie. We all know how easy it is for you to erase certain memories. she thought. She sighed. She knew arguing that will be no good, seeing as both her and Hiei saw what Kurama was getting at. They could use the help.
"I think we are quite capable on our own, Kurama," said Hiei. "A petty human thief will only cause us trouble."

"Well I'd call her anything but petty, she does have many untapped powers. I was sure you'd sense that too Hiei." Kurama explained. "Perhaps she will be of more use to us than we think? We can always use more help, especially since Genkai no longer has her powers."
Yua stood nearby, listening to the three talk amongst themselves as if she wasn't there. If there was one thing Yua hated it was being ignored. "Hey, wait! What do you mean powers? Are there others like me? I thought I was the only one, but....if there are more I'd like to meet them."
"Well, what do you think Momo? Hiei?" Kurama asked.

It's no sense being the only female fighter on the team. Especially since Genkai did retire.
They both look at Hiei for his lingering answer to the problem.
"Hn, I don't care. As long as it stays out of my way."

Yua smiled at Momo, "Alright I'll join whatever team it is you have. If it means I won't go to jail for a long time and I can meet others like me."
She sent a glare in Hiei's direction, "Is this how it's going to be with him? Continually referring to me as an 'it'?" she asked Momo, "Cuz if it is we're going to have some problems..."
Kurama quickly stepped in to avoid more confrontation, "Perhaps we should bring Yua to Genkai's and introduce her to the rest of our group? And don't mind Hiei, he'll warm up to you eventually."
Yua just scoffed and turned to Momo, continuing to chat it up with her fellow female. It had been a rather long time since she had been able to another girl like this. "So what is it you guys do?" she asked.

Hiei seemed unfazed by the creature's questioning. He didn't even look at her when she glared at him.
"Yeah, Hiei is always like that to everyone," Momo said to back Kurama up. When Yua asked what they did, Momo looked to Kurama first confide if it was alright. "Well...you see..."
