We usually do something like people have a week or two to vote... and they pick five people.... and it's an instant-runoff thing where top person becomes owner of the guild, and other top five are mods. That's why I'm a mod... because I told people not to vote for me and they did anyway.

Though apparently we added a sixth person, because I'm PRETTY sure, Gracchvs did not win his position.
