"well i'm hungry so i'm going to go get some food" Shane walked off and headed for the meal hall. Shane got there and opened the doors and looked around, he saw Minary "only one person, thats good less people to get on my nerves". Shane walked in and up to the cook "i'll take whatever your cooking today" he said, the cook poured some in a bowl for him "um slop just the way you always make it" Shane said as he walked over to a table in te back and started eating "you know this food is better then nothing"

Shane looked at riley "why should I, I mean its not like they are helping me in anyway to day, so far my cabin has no door now and I almost burnt down the woods on the way up here, so forgive me if I don't think they should get an offering I mean what are they going to come here and make me" Shane replyed

"Yea true, but i don't want to burn the woods down thats just it i wood be in the middle of the fire since i was in the middle of the woods plus why do i care what dad thinks, its not like he ever did anything for me no he hated me because when i was born mom died remember, he blames me for the death of the first woman he ever loved, he would be glad if i died" Shane said as he started to eat "also let the other gods come i'll eat in front of them and i'll eat every bite so they don't get an offering from me"

Minary heard a small explosion inside the kitchen and grabbed what was left of the gruel in the bowl. She stood up and dumped the bowl into the trash and walked outside. That wasn't right. She looked into her lanturn for her raven, but it wouldn't come. She lowered it and started walking towards where Shane had burnt the trees.
