No, like, I mean, go out and find people that would be interested in this sort of thing and sending out invitations to anyone that looks like they would even have a shred of interest.

As for the topics purpose... I can make banners if you want. Just state what you would like me to do for you, and I'll do my best. I've been working with Photoshop for many years now, so guess I can make at least something.

I don't think the guild needs mods right now, and me being a new member applying for a job here not needed would be useless. But I've once made my own guild, which I handed over to a friend few weeks ago, simply because I got promoted from being a crew to take over the danish guild. I can handle being a crew in several guilds, but being the admin of 2 was just too much for me *lol*

Well, I hereby offer my help in these matters, if ever needed.

I'm suggesting you allow people to post in the main forum instead of directing discussion into sub-forums, the old gaia sub forum for example.

Guilds without active main forums usually die out pretty fast.

When will this cease?

I agree with blood that a lot of the topics in the subforums need to be moved to the main forum.

I just made these for Kasane Teto Chan's "Gain's Against Change" petition, and I would like to extend the same offer to you as I have to her.
I am a Graphic Design student at University and I would love to make banners and any other graphics you would need, free of any and all costs. I like to think of this as being my way to furthering our ultimate goal.

I already posted this in the intro thread, but it belongs in the suggestion one so I will post it here as well. We should have a subforum or thread dedicated to listing the petitions for items that are now in RIGs items or CS items. Forcing Gaians to pay money for things that have been petitioning for for years is unfair.
