You guys get so worked up on Drama. Clam down man, its really not that big of a deal. You want to enjoy yourself? Simple, dont let other people make their s**t and their problems yours.
I tend to be more involved on www.postsecret.com chat/forums alot more than on here because of how you guys conduct the guild. You are ban/lock happy. Knock it off, you only heighten "the drama" when you pull those stunts.
Someone pisses you off, tell them that they are a dickwad and be done with it. Quit dragging it on and on and whining and crying about drama.

Because Shippo was gonna start posting here before and Shaff did that whole "banning everyone that hasn't posted in a week" deal and banned Shippo, and now he's not that interested in posting.
@Senti and Psy: My life is likely worse than yours and I still manage to have fun here, you guys need to not pay attention to the stupid s**t is all.

I think we need to follow precedent procedure better, starting with reinviting Adora out of fairness, given Pif's perennial status and consistent misconduct.
I also believe you may benefit from learning the current members a bit better than you currently know them. Hell, we could all stand to know each other better. I propose a new sticky topic, one in which we post a single picture of ourselves and explain who we are, not just state a few facts like in the intro thread.
And the next time an evaluation of our crew status comes up, a.k.a. adding/subtracting, perhaps you ought to ask for suggestions from the guild members themselves of who they feel are active and responsible peers. After considering the suggestions yourself, narrow the list down and propose a vote. That way, you get your way in who you can rely on, and we can have some input on who we think is worthy.

There's a lot of inner conflict within crew on this issue. We all know that Pif's going to cause s**t, it's a known fact. Some crew would be happy banning him and preventing him from doing damage. Other crew wants to wait until we catch him in the act. The thing is (and this is just my opinion [yes I know you're probably reading this Pif, and about to come up with some attack]) Pif is a very intelligent person, he knows just how to push your buttons so that he technically hasn't done anything ban-worthy and yet causing drama in the process.

I'd do it, buttttt i come on gaia to be a different person, as do others,so it isn't a good summary of most people. I'm sure some others would do it. But some people aren't that open, picture happy, orrr they just don't care to. I'm up for EVERYONE having a say on crew. i thing crew making crew isn't the way, because guild members are the ones that have to go to them for help, and guild members are the ones they are here to serve(by serve i mean make the guild a better place, not fetch beverages and hotdogs and put on sexy time clothes o3o lol) And in general we need to do stuff with less hurt. This is our guild. Every one should feel included and lurved o3o heart
