I noticed. Make it mandatory to show your online status if you're a crew member. I don't know. If anyone goes through that much trouble to mess with people, they shouldn't be in the guild, much less on crew.

Heck no.
I even saw these edits in other people's threads(but that was a little while ago, and it was size 1 text saying "bawlsack" Even with one of mine I think. I just know for sure one of Psy's threads had it, but I don't what had it. Shouldn't be too hard to find though, as he doesn't make too many threads)

Then the ones who are too scared to show when they're online. Either that, or crew should start having to post online/offline times, like a check in at a job. neutral Time cards or whatever.
People aren't funny when they edit things. Especially when their edits are fail.
I'd rather not be on crew at all, if being crew means nazi duty.
I honestly believe that the first thing we need to do it cut down crew to those who really seem to be doing something.
Not just like. idk. contributing stuff? but actually DOING stuff. there's a difference.
Then we'll go from there.
