She entered a room of what looked to be a basic bedroom. She eyed the room curiously, but then returned her thoughts to what she came to do. She walked over to the simple, dusty, bed and set her bag down. She quickly changed into the extra set of clothes she kept in her travel bag. It was a short dress with shorts underneath, similar to the one she wore; however it was a dark red color and didn't have any extra padding for combat. She put her boots aside and let she hair down from the bun she normally kept it in. She hair was soaked, so she thought she'd let it air dry a bit. She casually turned away from the bed, but suddenly stopped her actions and pulled out a small knife, getting into fighting stance. She let out a sigh of relief as she realized she had saw her own reflection in a mirror and there wasn't anyone else there. She dropped her pose and stared at her own reflection for a moment. She shook her head slightly and hide the knife back in the hidden pouch on her side. She took a deep breath and walked back out of the room and started heading down the stairs.

Salazar heard the woman coming down the stairs. "Hello again, I hope the room was to your liking. I haven't done much cleaning lately but with only one person here there really isn't much to clean."

"Oh its no problem!" Hikaru answered cheerfully. "Trust me I've had a lot worse." she laughed. She walked casually; although cautiously to one of the chairs and took a seat.

"So, tell me about yourself. I'm sure you have a few stories to tell. We all do." said Salazar adjusting himself to a relaxed position. "I have some interesting ones but lets start with you eh?"

Hikari pondered on his question for a moment. She didn't fully trust the man ;however, it wasn't like it would kill her to talk to him. "Um well, there really isn't that much to tell." she forced a smile. On the other hand, she didnt want to give him any reason to oppose her. "I don't really have a specific home, I sort of wander from town to town." she chimed.

"Sounds charming. Not much to me at all. Just a young man who owns a house." said Salazar with a smile on his face. It was a bold faced lie but he was used to it. "Well, certainly there is some story for you to tell. Do you have any friends or family around?"

In fact I haven't seen them for nearly three years now." she gave a half-heart smile. Without him realizing, of course, she was reading his aura. She was trying to detect any signs of wrongful intentions he had toward her, but this was sometimes hard to do if the person was skillful in hiding their emotions.

"I can understand. I haven't spoke to anyone of my family in years. Probably because they're all dead." said Salazar softly. "Just me and Michael now, and everyone who decides to pop by."

Hikaru's face softened a bit. She now felt a little ashamed for suspecting the man of ill-intentions. Although she still could see him as a stranger, I guess it wouldn't hurt to act a tad nicer to him. "Oh..I'm sorry." she said looking away.

Salazar smiled a bit and said "Don't worry, I've gotten past it. Dead is dead." He stood up and continued "Like I said you are welcome to stay here for tonight and I don't suppose it would hurt to pop by every now and then." He walked over to the stairs and before heading to his room said "It's getting a bit late, I need my sleep and I'm sure you do as well. Good night."
