Kenshin Belmont I had almost forgotten about the small platforms on certain bodies of water. Thanks for the reminder Elliot! Sure thing. ^^ I certainly couldn't forget one such crossing in particular, where said stepping stones were exactly one single "floor" block. You really had to have the timing down to get across that river... and most of the time back then (granted I was maybe... 9 or 10) I failed miserably. ^^;;;;

I think I know exactly which one you mean. Alas, I can't recall its exact location but I'm pretty sure I know cuz I had a hard time on that one as well. There are many of them and they're all one square that moves up and down. That was annoying... stressed

If I only knew how to program though D: I need to learn in order to make the game myself.

As far as I know, most games take multiple programmers to perfect...

I'm pretty sure most companies have lots of programmers but a game can also be made by just one. Granted it must take an even longer amount of time but I think it can be done. 3nodding

All I do remember about it is that it was one of the rivers that *had* to be crossed in order to get from the first town (that is, if you used a password that dropped you near the end of the game) to Dracula's castle.

Yer probably right, yeah. It's funny though, I don't recall any passwords like that. Maybe I never got it cuz I always remember starting from a town. neutral

That may be it.... but then, it's been quite a while since I've actually played Simon's Quest. ^^;

::nods:: I suppose when I have some spare time (and I can actually use the TV that the NES is hooked up to, 'cause it's not in my room), I'll have to dig Simon's Quest out and make sure.
