Not including the Miyazaki films (cause that would be cheating), my top 3 animes are:
1) Cowboy Bebop
2) Hellsing OVA (not the tv series)
3) Fruits Basket/Slayers (It's hard for me to choose between these two cause they are both amazing in their own way)
Honorable Mentions:
One piece (I love me some pirates heart )
Ouran High School Host Club (In which the manga series is still continuing)
XxXHolic
Detective Conan (After over 700 chapters, 500+ episodes, and 13 movies, you'd think they'd be running out of ideas)
