I recently got out of the hospital because of massive trauma to my leg. I got the GOOD drugs! I had a morphine drip hooked up to my IV. My leg got crushed when I was working on my car (UNDER my car) and my little brother went playing in it and took off the emergency brake. The car rolled over my left leg and broke my leg in seven places. I was in the hospital to have reconstructive surgery and they put a metal plate in my leg and pinned the pieces into place so it would heal right. At least I have one good leg left. ^.^

On a more humourous note, I will always set off metal detectors at airports and concerts. Oh well.

Umm...no it's fake. I shove garden hoses up my nose for kicks.

No, it's real. I have a very complicated disease called Eosinophilic disorder...
I have a limited diet where I can only eat certain fruits and vegetables that have been passed by my doctors as safe. I can eat...
Grapes
Plums
Sweet potatoes
Peaches
Carrots
Kiwi
Broccoli
Bananas
Lettuce
Strawberries

That's it. Umm...my feeding tube gives my a formula called Elecare 18 hours a day, and...um...anyway, it's been a tough 7 months.

I also have Type I Diabetes, so I use an insulin pump on top of my feeding pump... feel free to PM me with any questions you might have about Diabetes or Eosinophilic disorder.

Well, I can have potatoes, chicken, tomatoes, rice, turkey, and apples now! Yum (: Well, I just had an endoscopy on my stomach, and now I might get to trial even more foods (: My feeding tube was taken out, and I must say, I look much better without it biggrin
