Super strength, flight, nigh invulnerability, and some sort of energy projection.

I'd go with invisibility and forcefield manipulation. The fact that you can do so much, both offensively and defensively, makes you very versatile and just very hard to beat. Not just that but to be able to create anything you can imagine... It's one of the best powers to have as a superhero, in my humble opinion. And hell if you chose to go into supervillainy it would greatly compliment that aspect. Come on! You could do so much and never get caught.

Wolvie Weapon X
Wolverines claw on left arm, spideys webslinger on right.

only problem wit that one is spidey uses the locomotion of both slingers to move forward, maybe just have mimic's powers
mimic can copy up to 5 powers at once (not sure if this is limited by sight or touch, or if he can only copy mutants) and can wield them at half strength

I would choose the power of time...for example: being able to stop, slow down or speed up time...along with some super human strength and mind tricks...shape shifting... xd : thats a lot to ask for!
