My beliefs are a little different. I'm Wiccan and so I believe in the Lord and Lady. Though, I also believe in things like evolution. I have had a huge problem with Christianity types as well no offense of course but all the ones I have met basically imply that I will burn in hell for believing what I do. Yeah.... that goes against all the things their God is suppose to be about. If their God was truly caring then he wouldn't do that to someone. Again, I'm just voicing my opinion so do not take this personally. I have nothing against the Christian religion or any religion at all for that matter. Everyone is free to belive in what they want.
That brings me to my next thoughts, I just want to say that there is no way to prove that a certain religion's God or Goddess may exist. Hence why its called a Faith. So its wrong to be saying that only one is the right way when there is no way to prove it at all. Ok, I'm done now... sweatdrop

I would consider myself Christian, although not church-going. I don't let the way organized religion behaves affect my beliefs, it's not my responsibility to control churches. And after all, we're all human, so no organized religion can be 'pure' or entirely good, just as people themselves aren't perfect.
It is a bit annoying though that a lot of people assume all Christians thump Bibles. You might as well assume all Muslims bomb buildings or all Jewish people are greedy or whatever other negative stereotypes.

Faux Promises pretty much said what I was going to say...
I'm a Christian, and I know I'm a Christian, but I don't really align myself with any... sect of the church. I don't see why it really matters. The basic moral behind Christianity is pretty much the same no matter where you go.
I don't like it when people stereotype Christians into thinking we alienate everybody else because of our "religion". I have many friends of several different religions, and they're all people, just like me. Just because one says he doesn't believe in God or another says she's Wiccan or Buddhist doesn't mean we don't have things in common. The Bible says that God loves everyone the same, even those who don't believe in him.
I don't like bashing other religions. I'm not good at it, anyway, and it makes me feel uncomfortable. I like sharing mine with people, but only casually. If I can't talk about it casually without the understanding that I'm not trying to cram it down somebody's throat, then I don't talk about it at all.

I'm pagan but not wiccan, I believe there is an afterlife, and that there is some sort of underworld type place out there. I was pretty much brought up in a christian cult, which I left as soon as I was old enough to. I am pretty open minded when it comes to religions. I don't bash and I don't stereotype people. I believe in evolution and all that jazz. <3
@ Lyrically Yours:: The people at my mom's church were the same way, and I did not respect any of them for acting that way. I have read the bible, and everything my mom's church did was basically against it, since they took everything out of context to make it their own. Not saying EVERYONE is like that but I'm talking about a christian cult here O__O

I am not a religious person, but there is a reason I am agnostic instead of an atheist. I am an empath, and have seen and felt things that give me reason to believe there could be good and evil.

I'm a spiritualist. I was raised as a christian, but as I grew older I saw that the Christain Faith didnt fit me at all. Here is an example, the bible says that it's evil to meddle in anything that results in communications with the dead, and I was always against that. I have always felt that to know what awaits us on the other side and prepare ourselves for it, we must communicate with them any way possible. Like Jinxie-San, I'm also an empath. I first realized it when I was thirteen. My personal emotions wouldn't change, but what emotions I was showing depended on those who were around me at the time. As I grew older I learned how to keep the emotions I was sensing from showing up on my own face. I also have the ability to sense personal energy signatures eminating off of other people, I cant read these energies, but I can tell if a person is benevolent or not through this ability. There were even times when I sensed an energy when no one had been in the room for an extended period of time. Which leads me to believe that when we die, we are earth bound until we resolve any residual conflict or regret. Once that is done, we then ascend to the next plane of existance. Wether or not it's Heaven, I dont know.

I was raised christian but, given my experiences, I no longer believe in the 'loving', Christian God I learn from Sunday School. I do believe in the Universe and in Karma. I think our souls are energy given from the Universe and, once we die, if our karma is in good standings, our soul will be rejoined and recycled. Yet if we are horrid people, our souls remain on this earth to suffer.
But I'm not all, "You're wrong and I'm right." If you do things i don't agree with, believe in different things, have a different sexuality... ect... If it doesn't negatively effect my life directly, I don't care. I hope it leads you to happiness.
Yeah, not a popular opinion, I know.

I could prolly grab something from every religion and believe it so I really don't have one religion and im not religious so none I guess.
