Mia stood in the backyard of the Manor. A tiny form on a cloud could be seen from a distance, floating up and down on the marshmallow fluff. The girl was known as Farrah, a new member of the family? Well she assumed, Mia didn't really know much about her. She was pretty though, she knew that...even a toddler like her knew that.
Caroline had given Farrah a tiny down feather from a pillow and prune juice as ink. The seraphii nuzzled into her cloud as she brushed the soft feather against her cheeks. A diary; a place to write one's feelings and thoughts, a diary... So, maybe it wouldn't be so bad if Farrah gave this whole diary phenomenon a shot, right? Farrah sat up straight, her legs curled underneath her as a small hand made book of decorative cardboard and small pieces of lined paper sat on her lap. What to write...
Dear Seed. Dear Diary, May I call you Seed, a seed is like an egg...a stage of life; I've always liked the name Seed. So diary...Seed, life has been very different; I feel there has been a pause in my life. I know Caroline isn't my true guardian, she tells me about Sable Rose all the time. I even think I see her in my dreams, a happy woman Caroline tells me and I can sometimes see a smile upon her face while I sleep. Caroline isn't bad, just ...her house is too populated. I'm pretty happy here, besides the random confusions from time to time. I wish I remembered my past; sometimes I feel like I never had a childhood. I guess that's why I can be so happy; maybe I'm just reliving it? Well, I'm in the mood for something sweet. It was nice meeting you Seed, and good day. smile

Dear Seed. Dear Seed, Slowly my past comes to play, there is a bird feeder near my window and birds seem to flock around it fighting for a morsel. Molly, I remember now! Molly, I found her in the park one day, her flight broken and her spirits down. Molly, I loved her almost as if she were my kin?I tended to her as if she was my patient. Now I remember Molly couldn't stay with me forever?I wish she could, I need something to hold onto?someone.
You're forever friend, Farrah.
It was so weird how she could pour her heart out to a book...
Farrah closed up Seed and outstretched her limps upon her soft marshmallow cloud. Today was a lovely autumn day, the reds, oranges, and yellows made a spectacular light inside her window. Her eyes turned to the birds once more, they calmed down a bit as if they were at a thanks giving dinner.

Egg. "What is this?" Farrah snuggled into her cloud with a wide grin upon her face. "It's so sweet, like heaven in my mouth!" She let out a slight giggle and rolled onto her back.
"Never had cookie dough I see..." Caroline smiled, creating minute cookies for Farrah and a batch of big ones for herself. "Yes!...Perfect way to describe it!" She grinned, plopping an amorphous chunk of dough onto her tongue.
Farrah poked her fingers into a piece of dough that lay in her palm. She molded it as if it were clay, edible clay of course, taking bites as she played. "So...what is this, 'Cookie Dough' made out of?"
"Well, let's see: mix from the box, oil, eggs and wa-...Farrah, are you ok?" Caroline gulped down the last of the dough and saw a horrific expression upon Farrah's face. "Did you eat too much?" She leaned in closer, her eyes scanning Farrah.
Farrah eyes went wide, eggs. Molly was a bird and eggs came from her, so what if some chicken now was loosing her baby...and she called this stuff heaven in her mouth. "Eggs, why didn't you tell me!" She wanted to spit out the remaining piece of dough that lingered in her mouth but thought of the best. "What if Molly was a chicken? What if these were her eggs?!" Farrah hunched over and gulped hesitantly the last bits of the dough.
"I-I didn't know you were so 'against' egg eating..." Caroline was slightly confused, she was still and at any moment one would expect her eye to twitch.
"Where are the rest!" Farrah demanded, her heart beating quickly. "Give me one." Her voice became hushed.
Caroline nodded. "Let me warn you, these eggs are large." She gave Farrah a sympathetic look; she didn't want her to be crushed by an egg.
"I can handle it!" Farrah stood up and puffed her chest out. "We have to save them!" She thought for a moment, the mother chicken sat on the egg, so maybe if she did? The seraphii was naive at the moment, she didn't know the ways of American Farming; how the chick inside dies.
Caroline cupped an egg in two hands. "Farr-"
"Aw, look at the thing...it's cold!" Farrah put her tiny hand gently on top of the thin shell. "Get a blanket!"
Caroline sighed. "Farrah, let me explain som-..."
"No time for talk!" Farrah sat the egg down in her lap. "The blankets please!"
Caroline decided she would let Farrah have her fun; she brought back a wash cloth and a few tissues from the other room.
Farrah grabbed the 'blankets' from Caroline as she approached. She bundled the top of the egg with them and put her hands on it's sides. "Hopefully this will warm the poor thing up, and maybe it will hatch one day." The thought made Farrah happy, a companion, a little chick that she could maybe ride on.
Later that day:
Farrah carried the egg upon her marshmallow cloud (that cloud seemed invincible) and whisked herself (n' de egg) away to her room, secluding herself away from everything else. At the moment all she cared about was this egg, was this feeling of being lonely making her crazy, or the passion of the bird she cared for burning with in her. A musical knock echoed her empty room; most likely Caroline.
"Farrah?" Caroline placed her ear to the door, gently tapping on it. "Are you hungry, it's been at least 3 hours you know...I-I even made a non-meat meal, just for you!" It was probably just a stage, right? Caroline was worried, she didn't know Farrah as well as she thought she did.
Farrah could never miss a meal, now knowing it was ever so vegetarian, made her tummy seem like a black hole. "Could you bring it up to me? Also, could you make the heat in this room atleast 70. I'm a bit chilly and I don't want the egg to catch a cold or...Well, could you just bring up the food and turn up the heat. Please." She nodded with a smile, knowing Caroline couldn't see that she softened up a bit.
"Sure..." Caroline nodded. "Also, I think I know a way to make egg less cookie dough. " She whispered knowing Farrah would get excited by that."
Farrah whizzed to the door on her cloud and cooed. "Really?!" You researched a recipe just for me?" She clapped with a laugh and hugged the egg, the dough was heaven, but the thought of an egg in it made her sick.
"Yup, we'll try them tomarrow, ok?" Caroline turned her back to the door and gracefully descended down the stairs. The sound of Mia filled the whole downstairs as she realized this was no steak, but some vegetables and tofu...like totally ew gross.
Caroline came and went, and Farrah was thankful. She piled the finely chopped tofu and vegetables into her mouth, it was good of Caroline to pre-smallifiy her food. Her dark terracotta eyes focused upon the setting sun, blues, purples, pinks and yellows all weaved together to form a whole. Farrah floated towards the window, her small dish of food upon her lap and her eyes now looking upon Caroline's garden. Leaves brushed through it, and the plants wilted; getting ready for the cold weather. The site didn't upset Farrah too much, it was the way the environment worked; the plants were like her family in ways. She glanced back down at the egg and sighed, maybe this was the eggs time to wilt; go into hiding like the plants. Farrah didn't understand, or maybe didn't want to face the facts that these animals were not like plants; but they simply died...their seeds could not be reused

Dear Seed. Dear Seed, The egg died, I shouldn't have expected to revive the egg. Caroline told me once it's in the fridge, it's gone forever. She told me one day maybe we could save all the eggs, but that wasn't today. Another note, I sat in my room all day today just thinking things over...I tried so hard seed; I tried so damn hard...
Mourning-full yours, Farrah.
Farrah gazed at her hands, why was she so heartbroken because of the egg?

Mother Nature's Frost. ?Caroline?? Farrah hovered over her guardian?s head then floated in front of her face. ?Are we gonna celebrate Christmas?? Her eyes glimmered with excitement, every girl loved presents.
?Wha?? Caroline tried to dodge Farrah as she reclined her chair watching good ol? cheesy sitcoms. She blinked for a moment. ?Why do you ask??
?What do you mean?why do I ask?? Farrah shook her head in astonishment with a confused laugh as if Caroline was joking. ?You know, Christmas?!? She nodded and winked at Caroline. ?I mean, if you don?t want to tell me what you got me...I understand completely.? Farrah did a motion as if she was wiping her hands clean
Caroline sunk into the chair. ?We don?t celebrate Christmas Farrah, and come on you haven?t either!? She couldn?t help but laugh, Christmas, presents...psh.
Farrah grimaced. ?Then how come you play those songs about Christmas cheer at Go Go?? She glided down onto the armrest of the chair with her arms wrapped tightly around her chest. ?You got me sooo excited!?
Caroline sighed. ?All restaurants do that! It?s bring in the customers...? She nodded and stretched her legs out lazily.
?Sooo, why can?t we bring the Christmas cheer to here?? Farrah?s frown turned outside down.
?Farrah, there?s no Christmas cheer here...? Caroline laughed a bit, hey Farrah rhymed! ?Why don?t we celebrate winter solstice or something? People drink egg nog on Christmas anyways...? She looked at Farrah with a pleading look.
Farrah glanced up at Caroline and her brow furrowed. ?What the hell is winter solstice??
Caroline gulped and gazed back at the tv. ?Why should I know??
Farrah shook her head. ?Just get me a present forrrr, Mother Nature?s Frost...a holiday that I just came up with!? She smiled feeling rather proud of herself. ?I?ll arrange everything! Don?t you worry!? Her terracotta eyes twinkled as she glided out of the room.
Caroline nodded, her focus back on the tv. Damn, who had sex with whom now?

Quest. Tree Planting :: single (HQ) . suplementary [D] . Farrah . {...} __In the sudden outbreak of strong winds around the HQ caused by Kohae practicing her powers, one of the smaller trees has fallen over. Someone should clean it up and plant a new one in its place. (How will you dispose of the tree? Where will you get the seeds? How will you go about planting it, and what kind of tree will you plant?)
The HQ seemed like home now a days to Farrah, that familiar feeling that she got every time she visited made her happy.
Farrah daintily glided upon her cloud among the HQ grounds, her hair trailing behind her as she flew. Her eyes narrowed upon the simple details of the grounds. A petal shorter than another on a flower, it's steam slumping over like bad posture; it was Mother Nature's beauty, nothing was perfect. Suddenly a cool blast of wind struck Farrah, her hair was far behind her now and her skin stiffened as the wind blew her topsey turvey. This wasn't just a natural wind, it was so beautiful before and why would a wind just randomly blow? Maybe Mother Nature was being rather spontaneous, did she not like how Farrah ridiculed her non-perfect flowers? Farrah pushed through the strong wind the best that she could, she followed it's path and her eyes grew wide. "Kohae?" Her eyes scanned the area, focusing upon Kohae as she sent a strong wind her way. Farrah's eyes met the ground and her heart stopped. "Look what you did Kohae!" The small sapling didn't have the roots to hold on, it's body laid lifeless upon the ground. Farrah shook her head and whizzed down to the ground. She examined the body of the tree, it's roots devoured from trying to hold on and it's branches hanging from an edge...it had no hope. Her terracotta orbs gazed at the crater in the ground, Farrah ran her tiny hands along it's edge and flashed a soft smile. In a matter of minutes the hole closed up and a tiny willow tree seed was nestled inside. With the swift motion of her hand, a ring of wildflowers surrounded the whole where the new seed lay. Then in a matter of seconds, the grass grew larger around the dead tree and it was gone; it began it's voyage to where it belonged. Farrah was back up again and moving over the HQ grounds once more, planting random flowers as well as willow trees.

Spring has sprung. A gentle dew glistened upon Farrah's face. Her arms stretched like the feeble limbs of a tree as a small gust of warm breath puffed from her mouth. Farrah's terracotta eyes blinked away the sleepy dust as she stared about her room. Was it a dream? The question ran through her mind as if it were a train, circling it with its slender wheels. She wrapped her arms around herself as she closed her eyes, shutting the world out of her. A timid breeze flowed in, unsure where to make a path. Farrah basked in the wind, it was spring. How she had waited for this day, now she wakes from hibernation and it is waiting at her feet.

Dear Seed. Dear Seed, Even though it's spring, the days seem long and tedious. Caroline and Mia are just there, they don't know the pain of being inches high. I mean, I can fly...sure. Well, I'm going to stop complaining because that does make up for height. I can reach the highest trees with out going on my tippy toes. We went to the cherry blossom festival the other day and I rode amongst the blossoms with ease. I bet Mia is jealous because she can't fit on my cloud, sometimes I see her pumping her fists wanting an 'upie' Oh well, nothing really to say.

Dear Seed. Dear Seed, Spring has come and gone. Summer is here. I never knew summer would be this hard, slow breaths as the heat chokes me. Caroline says it's the humid and to stay inside. However, when I'm inside it's as cold as winter! Where is the spring machine? I planted some flowers on my window sill, they sway in the man made breeze. I guess summer isn't that bad. I went swimming; Caroline made me a small pool. Actually, I just dipped my feet in. (I think I would die if I swam) Caroline says I'm lucky we don't go into the city often, she's right. It's smelly and even more humid there. She says it's the smog keeping it all in. Stupid summer.

Dear Seed. Dear Seed, I unearthed a book Caroline had given me ages ago. It's soft and green with a leaf on the cover. I flipped through the pages, and it's just wonderful! It's a bit hard to read, but it's a book on flowers and plants. Caroline told me it was to help me plant, I can study which conditions and surroundings are best for them. So, now I know that I can go around and plant lilies in the ponds during spring. I guess I have this power, but I never thought deeply enough that each flower and plant has their own specific needs; no plant is the same. I'm going to cherish this book; I want to bring it everywhere now. Spice up everywhere I go with a plant or two. It's summer, so Caroline asked me to conjure up some raspberry plants. Someone always ends up eating almost all of them though, but that's only me.
....Caroline says I would be a good vegan or hippie, I don't really understand though.

. Farrah floated outside of her window, her body sprawled on her soft cloud. A gentle breeze rustled the cloud, making it sway a bit. "Ahhhh." Farrah smiled, stretching her long limbs with pure delight. Today was an especially delicious day, it felt like spring, but it was indeed summer. All through the day small breezes tumbled and tousled the seraphii as she rested on her cloud. Farrah licked her lips, the taste of raspberries fresh in her mouth. She was learning to love the manor and summer. The weather had been indeed odd, spring one day and humid the next; but nothing could be better than this. Terracotta eyes gazed up at the clouds shifting positionsin, Farrah felt as if she were part of the sky on her own puff. Shadows raced across her peachy skin, hints of blue and periwinkle peering from between the thick white layers.
"Fairy!" A voice echoed from the window, a pale chubby face connecting to it. Mia had recently noticed the resemblance of Farrah to the magical creatures in fairytales, also the similarities of Farrah and Fairy; thus the new name.
Farrah sighed, her day was ruined. With hope of Mia returning to her own duties, Farrah clenched her lids shut, pretending she was asleep.
"Wakey wakey!" Mia reached out the window, her tiny fingers wiggling in the air for Farrah.
"Mia! Don't reach over like that! You'll fall!" A voice bellowed from below, Caroline coming to the rescue.
"Burt Fairy sleep day away!" The toddler recoiled from the window and stomped out the room, a tantrum boiling within.
"Few." Farrah smirked, rolling over onto her stomach. "That was close." She reached her arms into the air, but the magic wasn't there, the moment ruined. "the things I have to live with." Disappointed, Farrah started to make her way inside. "Time to eat." The cure for everything.
