Hello, I'm Katie! I am a yaoi fan girl (And I also don't mind some Yuri every now and then) and my favorite anime at the moment is Kateikyoushi Hitman Reborn! My favorite manga is Gensomaden Saiyuki. I'm a writer and my main genre is fantasy. My favorite color(s) are red, black, and blue. My favorite cartoon is TMNT (2003). My favorite animal is the Wolf and my favorite feline is a tiger. My element is fire. And my goal is to become a veterinarian. I also like languages and am now learning Japanese and ASL.

Hi! I'm Jason Li. My favorite anime and manga are anything that CLAMP made ( i.e xxxHolic, Tsubasa, and notably, Cardcaptor Sakura), Naruto, and maybe One Piece.
I'm a artist, it means I like to draw. What's my favorite about it is that I like to draw my manga. Yes, manga!
I also played video games in my time. I'm a big fan of video game. My favorite game genre are action, mostly adventure, racing, and of course, RPG.
Right now, I'm taking intermediate Japanese and perspective ( which is a type of drawing).
So.. General Jason says, " I M SIGNING OUT!!" xd

Hello my name is Dean. Favorite anime is Macross, second in that line would be Escaflowne. I don't really have a favorite manga at the moment as I really don't read them and I dislike reading..
I'm an avid PC gamer/user, plays WoW every now and I also work on AMVs for a hobby. Almost got into the AX AMV Contest last year (was shown during Pre-Show). Have another one that I'm working on at the moment that I hope will get into the contest this year. This is my second semester at Mt. Sac, as I also have a undecided major.
Hope to meet everyone in the club and make some awesome friends. smile

hi my name is steven im that asian guy with a bald head sometimes and i like those anime that have power like flame of recca and gatekeeper and my favorite is naruto and bleach
i have a lot of anime burned on cd's and i watched just about all of them
hajime no ippo, prince of tennis, cowboy bebop, detective conan ( watch online), family guy, simpsons, king of the hill, and many others
my favorite game is half life 2 and im waitin for episode 3, also i like all the zelda games and im trying to collect the good ones, metroid is also my favorite
i have read all the harry potter books and i now own them for a cheap price thanks to amazon.com
i have also read the christopher paolini books Eragon, Eldest, and Brisingr
btw i should catch up on the manga for bleach and naruto
the detective conan manga is really good cuz of the mystery
some of the anime shown at the meetings r just so weird it messes up ur mind

Hi everyone, my name is Ken Hau. For those of you who don't know me, this is my 2nd semester in the Anime Club. This is going to be my 3rd year at Mt. SAC (I took a lot of filler classes that doesn't transfer over during my 1st year) and am hoping to transfer over to a 4-year university for the fall. I have an undeclared major at Mt. SAC but I plan to major in Business Administration for my bachelor's then apply for graduate school when the time comes.
I have always been a big fan of anime. I started watching anime as a Miyazaki fan at about 6 years old. This started with movies such as Totoro and Kiki's Delivery Service, both of which were fantastic movies to me, even now.
Enough about before though, I have always been open-minded with a number of series. As of now, I've watched 100 or odd different series ranging from the past 20 years, and am continuing to add series on my watchlist. The series I've watched go anywhere from mecha to shoujo, old to new, children to adult.
My current favorites are Tengen Toppa Gurren Lagann, Kaleido Star, Hikaru no Go, and so on (I'd make a list of all the series I've liked/watched but it's quite a bit!). In terms of manga, I'm not a huge manga reader, but I've always liked browsing through shonen/shoujo series like Bleach, One Piece, Skip Beat, etc. and hope to continue reading new and different series.
All things said, I hope everyone enjoys their time in the Anime Club and the many series that'll be shown through the course of the semester. If you want to discuss about anime or anything related to it, don't be afraid to ask me! See you guys at the meetings! smile

Hello~ I'm Asashikka here, but Kari Avalon elsewhere (deviantART notably), and Jessica Wei in the club.
It's difficult for me to pick a favorite anime/manga, but my current favorite(s) is Natsume Yujinchou, Tales of the Abyss.. etc.
I like playing RPGs, though I aim for ones within my reach and interests.
I like to illustrate, but I haven't progressed much lately (more works in my deviantART account). I also like to make (still kind of basic) websites for my current stories, art, etc. They're all linked in my profile.

Hello everyone ^^. This is Victor Sierra (a.k.a. that big, talkative guy with the long hair and/or trenchcoat), your new President of the Mount San Antonio College Anime Club. It's a pleasure to meet and greet you all.
As Angie so lovingly highlighted, I am also a Psychology Major who is working on an IGETC transfer degree to Humboldt University. I, like Angela, have been here at Mount San Antonio College for probably longer than I would ever like to admit. None the less, I am still maintaining a 3.5 GPA and will likely not be transferring until at least next Spring ('10), possibly Fall ('10). This said, please, I'd like to get to know as many of you as possible and am very open to lasting friendships (and it comes with the nice perk of the fact that I am EXTREMELY defensive regarding those that I consider my friends. In layman's terms, once you are in the "Victor's Friend" catagory, people would be wise to leave you alone ^^. ).
Let's see... My favorite anime would have to be the movie Ninja Scroll. My favorite manga would currently be Naruto from the Shōnen Jump magazine (bite me Angela twisted ), though many of you that know me would agree that I tend to suffer from Manga ADD (my manga interests bounce from manga to manga, so one manga never stays my favorite indefinately).
Hmm... On a final note, there may be some of you wondering why my handle is under the name of Louie_DuPonte. Simply put, I am a writer and this is one of my pen names/muses. My apologies if it confuses you, but this name is near and dear to me (and untaken by another Gaia User!).
