He "prefers" human blood, I mean he is a vampire after all. He could only stand to be around Bella because of the near death experience thing. He took enough of her blood that it no longer tempted him.

I'd slap him.
Don't get me wrong, I love the movie and the book, (kinda crying ), but in Breaking Dawn he went from a superhero to someone who just gave Bella whatever she wants. He needed a backbone! Help her, if you love her! =(
After yelling this at him, I'd probably frown and would send him back to Bella so he can do things right. XD
