It is beyond me why people would want to have sex while the woman was on her period. It's just.... blaaaaah. But my understanding is that birth control causes you to not realease an egg, which only happens one a month before your period. I think the only reason you have the inactive week is because it's "natural" to have it. Though, from my understanding, there's little evidence to show that it's bad to skip periods. I personally took it upon myself to skip my period this month and continued taking my old birth control instead of just trashing it and starting my period like I was advised. But I'm on my new birth control no so it's all fine and dandy!
Babies should grow in cabbage patches. I'd want more of them that way.
I also don't understand anti-abortion. To me, a underdeveloped fetus just isn't a person. It has the potential to become one, but to me it's just... not. Maybe I feel this way because I've never been pregnant but if I were in the first trimester of pregnancy, I don't think I would identify the zygote as a human. It can't life outside the womb, so I don't see it as a human life. Maybe that's just me.

From my understanding, both forms of abortion involve take a pill which makes the uterus uninhabitable, but if you have in-clinic the use the vacuum to remove the matter, after the fetus has detached itself from the uterine wall, making it no longer able to survive in the womb. I think it does partially open the birth canal as well though.
I don't exactly remember. I was curious so I read up about it on Planned Parenthood's website. It's good to be informed.
I definetly don't buy into "ever sperm is sacred" (lol, my boyfriend and I just watched Monty Python's Meaning of Life...) I think it's just irresponsible. I also think if God really wants you to have a child, he'll make it work. Birth control isn't 100%. A sperm itself isn't viable of creating a child, so it doesn't really matter as far as I'm concerned. I think that stigma was made when people didn't understand exactly how fertilization happened. I think they just thought the many ejaculated in the v****a and BOOM baby. I don't think they accounted for the egg...

 Well, on the topic of birth control, why is it that noone brought up diaphragms or spermicide? I would end up asking her to use that along with the pill and me using a condom. And just to be on the safe side, I could also use some lube so it would make it as painless as possible for her. Of course I'd definitely want to bring a lot of foreplay into the mix as well. That, to me, is very important (and very much of a turn on for me as well wink whee ).

Speaking of doing the nasty, or the phrase I prefer, making love, while she's on her period, I've read that it could be very pleasurable for her and that it would ease the pain of cramps. I bet that would be a superb upside for you ladies. 3nodding

And foreplay = good. Virgin though I may be, I've done my fair share of foreplay.
Maybe it's just be, but I sometime think the phrase "make love" is just hokey I may just not have a soul though. When my boyfriend asked if I wanted to have sex, his exact words were "Will you make love to me?" I was kind of taken aback, since a) we were finally talking about sex and b) he used the phrase "make love", and he's not a very flowery individual. Most people think he's actually pretty violent and were shocked when we started dating. But at the same time, I understand why he used it. Because he loves me, and he want to have sex with my to show his love, not because he just wants some action.
And well... sex on period is gross in my opinion. I barely want to touch anything down there when I'm bleeding, I can't imagine anyone else. And I got my cramps fixed with BC- yay!

I would end up asking her to use that along with the pill and me using a condom. And just to be on the safe side, I could also use some lube so it would make it as painless as possible for her. Of course I'd definitely want to bring a lot of foreplay into the mix as well. That, to me, is very important (and very much of a turn on for me as well wink whee ).

Hey everyone! Sorry I've been gone for such a long time. Me and my damn laziness and non-access to my own computer (might not be what you think). Forgive me!
And foreplay = good. Virgin though I may be, I've done my fair share of foreplay.
Maybe it's just be, but I sometime think the phrase "make love" is just hokey I may just not have a soul though. When my boyfriend asked if I wanted to have sex, his exact words were "Will you make love to me?" I was kind of taken aback, since a) we were finally talking about sex and b) he used the phrase "make love", and he's not a very flowery individual. Most people think he's actually pretty violent and were shocked when we started dating. But at the same time, I understand why he used it. Because he loves me, and he want to have sex with my to show his love, not because he just wants some action.
And well... sex on period is gross in my opinion. I barely want to touch anything down there when I'm bleeding, I can't imagine anyone else. And I got my cramps fixed with BC- yay!

I just don't understand why you would choose not to use birth control. It just seems so much smarter... jeez.
And yeah. Abortion does sound better than child birth. Child birth scared the bajebus outta me.childbirth seems so.. unnatural, it really does, so do periods, i think the whole mentrual cycle and baby thing is just some evolutionary mistake cos someone mated with his mom waaay back.
