This is all Dancer ever wanted Savith to do. Not cry but get out whatever he needed to. It killed her heart that it should be such news though. She embraced Savith but said nothing. The light hand on her head hardly felt. She didn't know Saviths mate but she new him. Indeed she was saddened for the Mothers loss but Savith was her brother in her heart. She did so hope he would let her share this overwhelming burden with him. She would try anyway and keep on trying. Again a wordless send of feeling and emotion given to them but focused more on Savith.

With Savith crumbling, Larias ensures that the crumpling is cushioned, but with her gift and her arms, until she’s settled on the ground, holding him close. She smiles thinly towards the other elfess, a thankful expression for another’s presence. No tears of her own fall, they've long since been shed. Instead, it is just that of her mate, whom she holds, and strokes his hair. Private thoughts drift to him, sharing her pain, and then acceptance. It’s the path he’ll have to take eventually.

Savith doesn't flinch as Dancer puts her small arms about him, but it's into Larias's arms he leans, burying his face into her shoulder. Long moments pass, the silence broken only by Savith's sobs. They grow further apart, until finally they cease altogether, leaving the glider feeling empty and hollow. As the physical closeness of the mates returns, so too does the emotional links between himself and Larias, so that the feeling of emptiness is palatable between them. After the release comes the numbness. He clings to her limply, turning his face enough to open his eyes. Unfocused, his gaze settles heavily on Dancer, but it's clear there's little in the way of coherent thought swimming in the molasses of his brain by the flat glaze covering his eyes.

Dancer sniffles as she looks at Savith. She wipes her cheeks but never looks away. She wants him to know she is here for him too. She knows not what to say. What is there to say? Nothing she could say or send could truly show just much she felt as well. Lifting hand she went to wipe tears away from his cheek as well and just cress his cheek for comfort to him.

With the emotion spent, Larias takes a deep breath, still holding Savith to her. She's cradling him, still stroking his hair, "So... there are a lot of elves here? Thats... surprising, but in a good way."

Ah, how he missed his Mistress of the Obvious. Savith sighed lightly at the wiping of his face, turning away from it to look at Larias while leaning back to sit on his ankles and get a bit of distance with which to attempt to compose himself. He nodded lightly, pressing at the other side of his face in mild irritation to get the moisture off.
"There are," he murmurs in reply, eyes peering into Larias's face. "Myself, Dancer, Dewpaw, Starsong, Blaze, Peyote, Creek, three wavedancers, and Mother."

Dancer blinked a moment and in that moment Savith was almost himself again. Pulling from her touch and all duty. Oh he loved to hide behind his duty didn't he? After taking a breath she looked to Larias. "I am a healer. My skill is small but if you have any pains I would be happy to try and help." She didn't smile just yet. The loss of life not letting her be happy anymore for the night.

Larias slips the cloak off, and hands it to Savith, "Here, you should use this to keep warm." Its also great for hiding in, as well as wiping away tears. See, she's considerate!
There's a pause as she considers something, "Blaze, Peyote and ... Mother? You don't mean Llune do you?" There is shock in her voice, utter disbelief, but really its the only person she's heard him call mother.
She shakes her head, "Will wonders never cease." She looks to Dancer, nodding to the elf, "I appreciate your offer, but I have no pains today. I was... fortunate when the disaster occurred, sort of."

Savith took the cloak, pulling it over his shoulders and tucking his chin down to fuss with the clasp. His motions are odd as he uses the fussing with the to hide the wiping of his face. "I do, actually," is his slightly muffled reply to Larias's question. "And Recognized... which still confuses me, but..." He shrugs lightly, straightening up with a now dry face, if his eyes are still somewhat puffy.

She watches Savith closely. A sad little smile touches her face then looks away. It seems Fire Bright went to play in the surf. "Ugh" She huffs a bit. I should get him out of there. Besides I'm sure you both could use a moment to yourselves." She stood. "I do so wish we could have met under better conditions but it is good to have you with us anyway. If you need anything you have but to call." That said she turned and tried to pull the cat from the water.

Larias keeps a hand on Savith's shoulder, though the clock prevents her from touching him, its close enough for now. She shakes her head, "That is... news, recognized and alive. Good news I suppose." So, Larias has a strange reaction to Recognition, somewhat subdued, and very little heartfelt excitement at the notion.
She takes a deep breath, then nods to the other elf, "I appreciate the offer, and will make sure to call if I am in dire need..." She pauses, then asks, "What should I call you, I know the touch of your mind, but not the name that goes with it."

Savith merely nods, eyes closing as the nearest of Larias continues to sink in. Life is almost normal again. Fatigue of the emotional variety drift from soul to soul as Savith sighs lightly, shoulders dropping. Not being spoken to, he refrains from opening his mouth save to let that air escape him.

She turned just bit after she started to leave. Looking back over her shoulder slightly she smiled brightly. "I'm Dancer. You can call me that." She looked at Savith her mind giving him that little mental hug one last time as she sent to him quietly. *Please let me know if I can do anything at all for you.* Then she turned back to her cat and after finally getting him to leave the water she hopped on him and rode off at a light trot.

Larias nodded, the motion barely perceptible, as the cat elf called back and gave her name. She sat there in the darkness, lazily stroking Savith's hair, staring out over the water. So many questions running through her mind, but feeling that exhaustion rolling off Savith in waves, almost as if it were her own, she let the questions remain unspoken, for now.

'We should get some rest,' Savith's mind provided by way of something like coherent thought. It was a thought given flight between souls, that was more feelings of exhaustion than any actual words. It heralded a mumbled,"I've got a nest shaped..."
