it's fine i'm pretty sure every captain and member checks this out. one more thing. all soul reaper, i urge you to use the update and perhaps get a little more active. It takes everyone to do something. i may just arrange an invasion of hueco mundo if possible. it's just a thought though. nothing's been decided yet. perhaps a poll would be required?

To the members that are 2nd-4th seat in a squad it is mandatory that you can heal,must be abel to heal fallen soul reapers.PM Cross if any questions come up or any advise

OOC: Of course not. i'll notify you immediately when i decide to make it happen. besides there's few people here that would go besides you mean and hokute. Cross would probably have to wait in sereitei incase of an unexpected attack. so we shall see...

Its a suggestion but i think it wise for all captains to go to the meeting hall and get together to discuss this matter. All I have to say is i'll back my Captain up on his desicion 100% razz Oh btw Captain Cross thank ju for offering to help but as ju are most likely aware of it is my duty as a Lieutenant to take care of or supervise day-to-day operations I would also like to point out that I (as well as all captains and Lieutenants) am not assigned to one specific squad thus making it my responsibility (and all 1st and 2nd Seats) to know all Captains and Lieutenants in case I am needed else where if I do not know this then I do not deserve the title Lieutenant. This does not however mean I am not loyal to my Captain on the contrary I am very loyal and very dependable but I also must keep in mind that at any given moment I can be assigned to a new squad no matter my own wishes.
(If ju were testing my knowledge then I hope I passed. >_> ju had to be testing me why else would ju say that or maybe im paranoid LOL)

OOC: YOu know i don't believe the hell butterfly communication is not to be used as repetitive conversations since your both technically right in front of each other in the meeting. unless somehow we can be at two places at the same time... if your gonna speak your minds, at least do it at the OOC thread, that's what it's there for. =/
