"Well, it WOULD teach you to get up when we say to" Deco said to his son as he lent over and kissed his head "and thank you" he said as he nuzzled his son and looked around "right, thats two sons and a daughter, four to go..." he said as he lent over and nuzzled their third son "come on, you as well, no laying around in bed, breakfasts ready" he said as he slowly watchd the other wake up and yawn.
"Given that im not hungry, do I HAVE to go to breakfast?" He asked, wanting to just stay in bed, he was hungry but they didnt need to know that.
"Sorry son but yes, you do" he said as he gently nudged him again, making sure he wasnt going to go back to sleep before nudging one ofhis daughters.
Belle stopped on the landing, making sure her brother had enough room to get past and heard noise comming from their parents bedroom "it seems they are up" she said as she started walking towards their room, just a few doors down from the landing and sat by it, deciding to wait for her brother before going in "is it too late to go back downstairs?" She asked rhetorically, thinking about it now, maybe she didnt want to see their siblings yet, it was to early for a stampeed of foals.

The son who had been objecting to the idea of getting up, grumbled. He streched out and yawned. "Can I get a piggyback ride at least?" He asked with a grin.
"Morning already...?" One of the girl's eyes fluttered open. Unlike her brother, she was a bit more cooperative. She smiled up at her father. "Morning Daddy!" She looked over at Garland. "Morning Mommy!"
Garland smiled. "Morning sweetie. Were going to have breakfast now. I bet you're starving...."
Navidad chuckled and gently nudged his sister after catching up. "We might as well go through with it. Think of poor Mom. She had to have them all. It's the least we can do..."

One of the other girls, also, were alot more happier to oblidge by getting up then her brothers were also "goodmorning mommy, daddy" she said happily, yawning.
"Good morning girls" Deco said as he lent over and nuzzled them both "so lets see, two boys up, two girls up, one on the floor...wait...was tat two on the floor?" He asked scratching his head trying to look over to see how many were sitting or laying on the floor, this was going to be tougher work then he first thought.
Belle sighed "I know, your right" she said looking back and smiling at her brother before gently knocking on the door and opening it "mom, dad, good morning!" Belle said happily as she walked in and over to the mass of siblings on the bed, nuzzling each and every one of them before nuzzling her father and then her mother "how do you feel, mom? Are you alright to come down to breakfast?" She asked, not wishing her mother to strain herself after her just giving birth to seven foals.
"Good morning darling" Deco said to his daughter, trying to gently usher those awake onto the floor.

"Sis with the hat moved when you weren't looking," The boy said with a mischevious grin. "She's going to get no breakfast right? So can I have hers?"
"Morning dear...." Morning Belle and- Oh! Huh?" Garland looked over at the son who had spoken and blinked a few times. "S...she did? W-where did she go?" She looked around frantically. So much energy....
"Boo!" The said missing little girl had snuck up behind her father. She snickered and broke out into giggles. "Right here! I'm real good at hiding, right?"
Navidad sighed and watched it all behind his sister. His siblings had too much energy...

Deco jumped a little and then looked down at his daughter who scared him "darling, you are good at hiding, yes, but please, lets get orginized and head down for breakfast, it will keep me sane if we did" he said as he lent over and nuzzled his daughter, trying to get the remaining foals up.
"Mom! Stop!" She said trying to calm her mother down "by the time you get down to breakfast you are going to have a heart attack, finding foals is what you have Navi and I for, just relax" she aid as she nuzzled her mother before gesturing over to the foal who had just scared her father "see? Shes found" she said smiling over at her little sister.
"Deco looked back over at his son and shook his head "no one is going to have anything if yoiu all dont start getting up and asking to get down off this bed so we can start heading downstairs for breakfast" Deco said as he climbed off the bed, ready to help those down who wished for help.
Belle looked back at her brother, walked behind him and pushed him towards the foals a little "come on, they wont bite, besides, you are at home, nothing will get us here" she said just so her brother could hear, walking back to stand beside her brother and nuzzled him "we are safe here, you dont have to worry" she said trying to ressaure him.

( Excuse my slowness. College gives me little free time as of late... )
The boy pouted. He was half serious when he asked if he could have his sister's half of the food. "Can I at least get a piggy back right? Pleaaaaaaase?"
Garland laughed a little at herself and shook her head. "Don't worry about me, dear. I'll be okay... A mother can't help but worry. It will be fine..." Ah, but she might have a heart attack, this is true.
Navidad sighed and nodded his head. "Yeah I know... I know... Just...I don't know." He took a step forward as if to show his sister he was fine. They were probably going to go down in a second anyway...
"I'mma going to spook you all at breakfast too, maybe... You'll have to wait and see!" The little foal said with a giggle as she went towards where she would fine the stairs. She stopped however. "Waaah.... Up too high."
Garland sighed. "Come on... Lets help the kids down the stairs."

((Thats alright, I understand. ^^ ))
"Alright, you can, just that given we are on the second floor, I suggest you hold on tight to me and only if you get up now" he said to his son, not wanting him to fall off and hurt himself as he was walking down the stairs, he didnt really want his son to break his neck or something half way down.
"Perfect chance to tend to one sibling" she said as she walked up to her brother, having heard her sister by the stairs "go help the foal by the stairs, that will be alright wont it? At least thats only one foal for you to take care of and I will help mom and daddy with the rest of our siblings" she said smiling at him before nuzzling him once more "you will be fine, we will be right behind you" she said as she walked over to help her parents get the last of the foals off the bed and safely onto the ground.
"And you" Deco said smiling down at his daughter "behave yourself, leave the spooking till later please, I want this breakfast to go as smoothly as possible and since there will be hot stuff down there, we dont want anyone hurting themselves because you decided to scare them" he aid as he kissed his daughters head and helped his son onto his back "comfy?" He asked looking back at his son.
"Belle smiled at all her siblings and sighed softly, looking them over, this was going to be a handful "alright, we already?" Belle asked as she started towards the door, gently playing usher every now and again for two of her siblings.

"Yes!" The little boy grinned and jumped in victory before going over to his father to try to scramble onto his back. "Alright! I get to have a ride! Me me me!"
"Alright sis..." Navidad said with a sigh. He gave her a nuzzle back before going over to his little sister by the stairs. "I'll carry you. Don't worry."
The little foal looked up at Navidad with big eyes. "B-but....what if you trip. I don't want to fall! I'm scared!"
Navidad frowned. "I won't let you. Don't worry so much." He smiled. "Big bro is here to protect you..."
Her eyes widened,"Big bro....?" She turned back as she heard her father. Her ears folded down and she gave a nervous smile. "Aww... okay Daddy..."
Garland nodded her head. "I do believe were ready dear. Off to breakfast we go~"

"Thank you sweetheart" Deco called to his daughter as he carefully followed his mate and children "hang on up there alright?" He said looking up to his son who he couldn't see anyway.
Belle lead the others out of the room, making sure the foal she was helping wasnt going to go too far, they didn't need her tripping over a mat or something and falling head first down the stairs "dont go..." she grabbed the foal and just caught the end of what her brother said and smiled softly at him as she stoppedand kept her distance, she was proud of her brother, he may have had his back to him but god knows she couldn't have been any prouder of him at this moment.
The foal Belle had stopped and sat down next to her, deciding that it would be best to wait, she didnt want to hurt herself and she didn't want to upset Belle so she just waited till she was allowed to go again.
Belle looked back at her parents and smiled at them "slight hold up, we will just let Navi and the foal go first" she sai in a whisper so that only her parents heard.
Deco walked up beside his mate and nuzzled her "if you find the stairs too much darling, I will take them down and come back andhelp you if you want" he offered his mate, not meaning to sound like she was some invalid, he just didn't want her falling down the stairs and hurting herself if she got tired or dizzy, having seven children would be alot for anyone and he deffinatly didn't want to see his mate get hurt.

Navidad smiled at his littler sister's words and lowered himself. "Here, climb on. I'll give you a ride down even. Just make sure you hold on tight," He said to her encouragingly.
The little girl smiled brightly and scrambled onto her brother's back. "Yay! Yay big bro!" She cheered happily and giggled.
Navidad chuckled and carefully ventured down the stairs with her.
Garland shook her head after giving her mate a small nuzzle back. "Oh dear, no ned to keep worrying. I'm feeling just fine. The kids are the only ones I'm worried about right now. I'm feeling just fine."

"Im sorry for going on darling, I just worry too much I guess" he said smiling at her a little, his main concern was for the children but still, his mate worried him also.
"Alright, lets go" Belle said as she started down the stairs with her father and the other foal carefully, making sure it was alright as they went, once they got this horde down to the kitchen they could start having breakfast which she couldn't wait for.
"Belle" the little foal said as she looked up to her big sister "can I..." she started as she slipped and fell down the last couple of steps and ended up crying.
Belle rushed down and wrapped her front legs around her little sister and nuzzled her "shhh, its alright, it was just three steps, you will be alrght" she said, realising now how bad that sounded "not that falling down the stairs at all, regardless how many are left is good but...er..." she stopped and looked up at her mother, eyes begging for her to help before she put her foot in her mouth moreso.
The foal sat there crying, half cuddling into her sister and half just wanting her mother or father.
Deco let his mate go if she wished and he just stopped the other foals "we will wait here whilst mommy fixes up your sister" he said, looking to make sure they were safetly on the stairs wen they stopped and waited for his daughter to be moved from the middle of the landing.

Garland gave him a quick nuzzle and was about to say something to him when she heard her oldest daughter calling out to her. "Oh dear..." She murmured and went quickly to her younger daughter in distress. "Ssshh... Sssshh... It's okay sweetie, Mommy's here." She gently took her away from Belle and smiled. "Thank you, Belle. You're a fine older sister already."
Navidad frowned as he saw what had happened. He waited patiently from where he stood as well as his little sister who sat on top of him.
"Dad, why is sister crying like that?" The confused boy on his father's back asked.

The foal cuddled against her mother, closely as she could and quited down a little but not much, it was a big scare for such a small foal and she felt sore in several places, she just wanted to stay by her mommy, she would protect her, not that her big sister wouldn't but still, she just wanted mommy.
Belle smiled somberly at her mother "thank you" she said softly, moving away, the compliment was nice, she appreciated, just wished it was in better circumstances then it was, she had been worried that Navi would keep thinking what he was, how he wouldn't be a good big brother etc and here she was, not being up to comfort one foal, the compliment may have been appreciated but right now, she was starting to feel like Navi did. She couldn't even protect her little sister, she sighed and walked over to Navi and whispered in his ear so their little sister on his back couldn't hear her "I think I finally understand how you feel" she said to her brother and nuzzled him a little "I may have been in a bit more of a serious situation then our little sister is but still, I do understand more how you must be feeling though even if the situation is a bit different" she said as she lenot over and nuzzled the little foal on Navi's back a little and gently.
Deco looked at the scene down at the bottom of the stairs and carried down them "careful does it darlings, there are just a few more steps and we will be at the bottom" he said to the others as he carefully made his way down "your sister is crying like that" he finally said to his son "because she tripped and fell down the last few steps, it would have been a big shock for her and she may have ended up getting a bruise or two because of it, a bruise is nothing serious, just that it is something that happens when you have soft skin, most adults have tough skin so they don't get them if they do knock themselves but foals have softer skin and so when the knock theselves they end up getting a dark discoloration of the skin. It happens when your body has something break inside it and causes the blood cells to cause a bruise to apear but they only last for a few days or so, longer if its a larger bruise, but your sisters, if she has any, would only last for a few days or so and then she will be healed" he explained to his son, wondering if that was a little bit too complex for him to understand, he had just been born after all, maybe explaining what a bruise is and how i came about was a little TOO much for his first day in this world.
