(I guess Ill just end this one now and get it over with so I can mv on when my ideas for the future character are straight. Still I have to admit it is kinda a bummer to write this though.)
Koma felt only a tiny sting as the needle first went into him then he quickly felt numbness take over as well as a wash of grogginess come to his limbs and mind.
After the limiter was placed inside of him his body was still healing and his stats were being monitored. However inside his mind he was with Raiu again.
"Koma you can feel it now cant you?" He asked sourly "Yeah I do... The limit has been set to lower my skills." He replied in a distant voice. "Look don't worry. If anything happens we can still talk again cause one thing shall stay the same for both of us... My love for the rain, and you watching my soul even if I don't feel it when I renter the cycle of souls."
Koma's heart now showed more activity as the drugs were wearing off. In his mind he had struggled to force his mouth to first and then said perfectly out loud. "Hey its not your fault. This thing works fine, But shackles were never really my thing. Maybe I'll get the chance to talk to you again. Just under a different name yet same soul." He said as a hand slowly crept up his neck and gripped his necklace with the fang shaped red stone and he. "I'm so sorry if I cause any pain to people here. Just tell them that I'm sorry but this is the only way I can go without feeling like I'm in a cage."
He said this and then suddenly forced all the power he could int his hand griping the stone and then he had a large sphere of it and he pressed into his chest and felt the stopping of his heart and the shorting of he device. His last words were. "I'm Sorry. I know you worked hard on this, but I just didn't have the heart to stab myself in front of you and mess up the place." He said with a honest, friendly smile as his eyes closed and his body seemed to fall into a calm peaceful sleep and the drone of a beep from the heart monitor went off signaling the death of Koma and his body slowly broke into spirit particles and then entered the cycle once more.
*Dies, so Final Exit*
(Just one more question about Koma-chan. How exactly did you want me to announce his death to the peoples?)

Beaute immediately rose from her seat and made haste to be at his side. “No.” She uttered lowly from her lips. Her gloved hands gripped the edge of the table tightly. It couldn’t have. She asked repetitively to herself. Though she didn’t know him well, she felt a sting in her heart. The pain of loss. It had been a hard reality of living life knowing that she would have been the cause of one’s death. That is until she heard Koma’s voice, …its not your fault. This thing works fine, but shackles were never really my thing. Maybe I'll get the chance to talk to you again. Just under a different name yet same soul. Beaute nodded in response. Her hand clenched on his after he had plunged the object into his chest. Blood was familiar to her. It had been even when she was in the world of the living.
Her eyes closed gently as she leaned in closer and let out a minimal prayer over the passing. The grip around his hand tightened. She had to overcome the fact that she was not the cause of his passing. After her prayer, her hand remained on his. Her cold eyes focused on his hand and they turned to a solid crystal color. From the grasp of her hand, ice began spreading over his body, like a running river. It continued to cover his body until he was engulfed by it. Beaute let go of Koma’s hand and her eyes changed back to its normative. She now stood overlooking his frozen body on the table. “I’ll see you soon, then…”

(Mmm I’m not sure how announcing death would be like. This is my first time doing a captain’s duty. I’ll ask the GC about it.)
