I think, aside from what has already been said, that the shoulders are also too narrow. you need to make them more broad in order to support the neck and head realisticly.
On the picture on the left, her head should be more... (difficulty with adjective) Rounded? It's a little flat in the back and front of the head, which doesn't normally happen in skull shape. Her shoulders should also be lengthened.
All of that put aside, you can draw much better than I can, and great job photoshoping!

I agree with most everyone on here. The forhead and back of the head on the girl on the left needs to be more rounded. And the breasts are placed too high up on the chest and I think that is what makes them look so off. Women do have small shoulders, but on these women I think they need them broadened to balance out the rest of the anatomy.
I really like the way you drew and stylized these. They are very beautiful and I think you will be excellent at drawing realistically. I on the other hand can not draw realistic people, it takes a lot of talent to be able to!
