Well see that wont happen because we make a topic for each rp we want. Like in the twilight rp forum we only rp crossfire characters in the crossfire rp topic... If that is ok i mean...

Anything that is more book-esque like someone fanasy that could be role played here? I'm not good with Howl's moving castle, really.

Ok here's the problem... You want to conserve your guild money.... You keep buying subforums for every topic a person wants to do then you are looking at a wide epidemic.

If you have a simple rp forum then someone can post a topic within the forum and can make the rp however they like even if it involves mixing whatever they want.

However leave two subforums for the most popular rp topics like twilight.

If you get what I'm saying. Because if you want people to rp with the same character through out the guild then your guild is going to become n rp based guild like an academy. I think your sister might understand what I'm saying if you're having trouble.

Check out my guild because that's what it is sounding like ho you want it.

However I am suggesting something like you already have. In the tilight subforum Yuna has her topic for n rp

Phsycho chan has a topic for an rp...

You make a character for one rp topic and then post in that chosen rp topic.

Lemme see if I can word it a little bit better for my brother. He just showed me (drawing out on an index card) What he means. In one subforum there are different RP topics; Howl's moving castle, Twilight, Wizard of Oz. Each topic could have a couple of asteriks in front.

For example:
***Twilight RP - Post Breaking Dawn
***Howl's Moving Castle
***Wizard of Oz RP

Now in each of those forums would be the standard roleplaying.
Here's where it changes (Lillia this would be somewhat like an academy style, but all in one subforum.)

Now we incorporate locations. No asteriks in the titles

For Example:
Kansas City
Forks High School
The Hat Shop

Using the academy style idea, the RP characters could visit these places.
Sophie could visit Forks High School and run into Bella and the Cullens, and who knows Dorothy may be there for her first day of school.
Or Dorothy may be walking to her house and meet Bella and Edward who are taking a walk.
Maybe Dorothy wants to buy a new hat and walks in when the Witch of the Waste is lurking in the hat shop? (had to throw that in there XD)

It's an interesting idea, I hope I worded it to the point where it's understandable XD It is much less costly given it's all in one subforum.

Keep in mind also, my brother does want the characters in one place at a time, so it wouldn't get confusing.

yeah that way we can tell them apart from the places. locations won't have asteriks rp's will. easier to navigate through XD
