Jadzia flew into the arena, adopting a wary crouch as soon as she landed. She peered around intently as she waited for her opponent to show, both her wings and crest raised in order to make her appear more intimidating

Athanaric prepared to enter the arena, utterly unsure of why he was even doing this in the first place. He didn't like fighting, didn't like hurting others, so why was he here? He thought about it, and then Athanaric remembered with a disappointed sigh. The crazy human that had found him shoved him into this. Well, the least he could do was make an impressive entrance. With a click of his flint-and-tinder claws and a three-tone roar, Athanaric entered the arena with an explosion of flames behind him, which quickly subsided without the necessary fuel.

"Flashy," was the only thing said as Rinka confidently strolled her way into arena. She kept her steady pace until she stood a respectable distance from her opponent, and size him up with curiosity veiled in disappointment. "I don't like flashy...all bark and no bite." She narrowed her own eyes as she met those of the central head as a compromise, she didn't have enough heads let alone eyes to meet him eye-to-eye.
"Buuuuuut~" She suddenly sing-songed, demeanor changing in the blink of an eye. "I'm not here to win, just for a good time." She winked at Athanaric as she brought herself up to her full height, balancing on her lower half as her paws spread wide to each side in a defensive stance. "Think you can do that, big guy~?"

Athanaric faltered as he saw who he'd be fighting. A hebisune, so much smaller than he was, and a female no less! He groaned and shook his heads, looking rather unsure of himself. "Um, miss, I apologize for anything I might do."
With that statement, Athanaric launched himself into the air and made a lunge for Rinka, three sets of jaws open wide to attack.

Boneshadow slynks into the arena yawning lazily "Feh, so sorry to keep you waiting my dear..eech..you are a woman right?" the ryuu smirks evily, tail swishing as he gives the creature to be his opponent a once over. "Well then dont just stand there, heh go on come at me with your best!" he hisses, claws splayed against the earth, the little rat perched atop his head squeaking in agreeance.

Jadzia hissed in annoyance. Either her opponent wasn't taking this fight seriously, or he was gravely underestimating her. Well, she'd show him what she was capable of. With a snarl she leapt at him, lashing out her claws to slash at his side.

"Don't you worry your pretty little heads~" The hebisune sing-songed lightly. "If I was made of glass I'd have shattered along time ago~!" With that said she braced herself, as if choosing to stand against the much larger creature's charge.
However at the last second her stance changed, body coiling like a spring before she bounced up into the air, higher than the other kimera and effectively evading the multitude of sharp pointy teeth.
It was on her trip back down that she choose to launch her counter-attack, aiming to land on his back and snap viciously at one of his wings in an attempt to cripple the flyer.

Athanaric barreled out of the way just in time, folding his wings in as he landed. He then turned to face Rinka again, four tails lashing. He could see the red mist building up at the corners of his vision, and he shook his head, trying to dispel the rage. Athanaric charged at Rinka, leaping with claws extended.

As her target moved out from under her, she quickly braced herself. She landed with a small thud, her body coiling around itself in a snake-like manner and snapped aimlessly at one of his tails as he passed by, missing by a mile.
It was in the time it took for him to turn around that her mind cleared for a moment, allowing her to plot her next move. As he came barreling at her once more, she too lunged, only keeping as close to the ground as possible as she slithered under him as he sailed past.
Her next movements were lightning quick as she swiveled around, coiling her body like a spring was more and lunging straight for his wings yet again, teeth and claws barred.

Bones hissed as the female charged, making to dodge but finding himself far to slow as he felt her talons along his side, raking away flesh and drawing out fresh blood from the new scratches. "Ooh, someone is oh so fiesty isnt she? Chee..so mean my lady marring my poor beautiful fur like that with your sharp claws" he smirked, backing away and turning on his heels to make a charge at her himself, hopefully to return the favor.

Jadzia leapt into the air and flew up long before the Ryu reached her. She even decided to add a taunt of her own and yawned pointedly as her opponent passed beneath her. Then she turned and dove down to him, trying to land on his back and bite his neck.
