-VAlcazar arrives, overhearing the conversation. Valcazar then appears infront of the man.- "gah?! CAptain? What are you doing here? these are private quarters of-" -Valcazar then replied quickly.- "Silence! You have no right say that after what you've done...further more, i am direct control of sereitei until CAptain cross is well, thus you answer me! I'll need explanation about this... your experiments and cyborg." -The officer replied.- "I see...WEll it looks like i don't have much choice... All i can tell you is that he is not one of us but he is still your ally. save him if you can..., all i know is how to repair him. speaking with the 12th squad captain would be your best bet for more answers...and to commander Cross...for now take these health serums...they've been tested and will aid you captains very well, take them. " -Valcazar took the serums and said.- "WIll do... but i myself will not need them." -Valcazar then leaves.-
OOC: leaves to go to the meeting.
IC:
Valcazar Arrives to find Cyborg leaving and says.- "You know, taking out your squad members wasn't a good idea...they could have helped you...but i guess your in a position where you don't care and your believe in he power of one." -Valcazar stared blankly at him and said.- "YOu cannot reasoned with can you?" -asked Valcazar, hinting as if he's prepared for any worst case scenario.-

IC: the officer arrived with Cyborg's body with a few other shinigmi and placed him in a stasis cell and began to study him looking at reading on the computers.- "This will help him and heal...as well as seal him...at least until we know he will cooperate with us." -A bunch of squad 12 officers surrounded their territory like guards.-
OOC: HOpe you don't mind if i meddle with squad 12 a bit since it's not being used as much by it's own captain...we do have a captain right? Cyborg you can take over from here. err not exactly the squad but mainly your character and the officers helping you.

OOC: yeah Racht is the captain but he said his internet would be down a while and hasnt been on for nearly a month now. yeah dont worry about it. dont know how squad 12 can help me a whole lot. you'll see why soon)
-diagnostics showed that cy's vitals were very low but still stable the researchers scanned his entire body but found no trace of robotic parts anywhere. cy's brain activity had also changed to the way it was before he was transformed into his original self. one researcher says "well there's nothing we can do for him here, he's completly human now. let's begin studying his parts that we salvaged from the scene and see if we can get any clues to how he was built and possibly how we can use this to make items for our own use" -the officer summons a few sereitei ninjas "please take captain cy to the medical facility, he's still very badly hurt. i know you all wish to kill him after what he did but i assure you he is no longer his evil self but back to how he was as we knew him. besides its not like he can do anything even if he WAS evil" -the researcher types in a few passcodes and the green fluid in the take slowly drained off then the door opened. one of the ninjas picked up cy, nodded at the researcher and shunpoed to the medical facility-

-hiei walks in and addresses the head of R&D of squad 12- "so captain did it work?" -the r&d head said after bowing then snidely smirked- hmph. a little too well. HE came back just for that time. -the researcher asked- "well would you like us to fix it so it's your personality?" -hiei thought for a moment and looked the researcher straight in the eye- no...his type of thinking is necessary for dealing with these monster espada. they show no remorse and even have fun when killing. something all us captains lack since we fight for good and know what mercy is. so i figured its a fight fire with fire tactic. we need to match raw and insane power with one of our own that is equally strong and insane. just gimme more of those kunais. 5 should do. one for each of us. -the researcher goes into the lab and brings out a suitcase- "here you go. good luck." -hiei bowed to the r&d head and then exited to prepare everyone for the attack-

OOC: TEsting i'm trying something right now but i will post soon in just a minute.  This is an espada i will introduce in hueco mundo in an attempt to save Deeva. -Valcazar arrived and spoke soundly whispering in the ears of a couple of the members of the squad. they nodded to him after he had spoken to them, apparently aware of the project VAl had in mind.- "Alright Hiei, they have agreed to proceed with the project. first, you must be placed within the chamber, for further testing and enhancements." -Val pointed to a large glass where liquid and fluids would be placed.- "This may also help you feel numb through the process of the armor placements and cybernetic enhancements as well. what better way to go through it than a peaceful slumber within a tank of an ocean like feeling. their is a mask there for oyu to breathe in. The next time i see you, i hope you will remember me. you will receive instructions on your first mission. once your ready." -Val gripped his hand in a brotherly like way as if he was going to hand shake him. however he placed it close to his heart and went over to place his other arm behind his back.- "Be reborn safely...I'll see you later..." -he said softly whispering in his ear. it was almost faint. as if he was never gonna see Cyborg again. Val then began to leave.- "rest well." -he made a thumbs up.- (heading to hueco mundo. ok first i'll stop by burial ceremony then go to hueco.)

-val whispered something to the researchers of squad 12. he couldnt help but wonder just what they had in store for him. this was quite possibly the scariest thing he'd ever faced and it wasnt even trying to kill him- ok well its now or never right? Val then began to leave.- "rest well." -he made a thumbs up.- yeah...ok -this didnt really seem to help hiei much but he walked up to the glass tube and stepped inside it as instructed. - "ok captain hiei just give us some time to input the commands into the computer then we'll begin" -hiei saw them dismantle his staff and insert each piece in a smaller chamber of its own. just then a blue gas entered the chamber- whoa what's going on?- the doctor replied "its just a sedative to help you relax before we begin sort of like anesthesia." the last thing hiei felt was a scientist putting an oxygen mask on him- "oooh do we have big plans for you heheheheehe" -that was the last thing he heard the researcher say but before hiei could respond he blacked out and the process begun with the buzzing and static of the machines starting up-

-hiei...or rather Cyborg now in appearance, stepped out of the chamber after waking up from the operation- "sooo captain hiei how do you feel?" i didnt feel a thing through the operation. stings a little right now. especially on my neck. "oh yes that's our little...safety net. you have all of your old powers and we even gave you some new ones that you'll see when you get in battle. also your body frame has been upgraded and streamlined. that inhibitor chip is just in case you get out of control and your evil self arises. one press of a button and 5000 volts of electricity will surge through your body thus shutting you down for 12 hours so we can repair you and do further study -hiei looked at him and tilted his head- good move. after all i just need my old powers. my judgement will come in handy so that no one else gets hurt. speaking of old powers can i still heal people? -the doctor looked at him sadly- "i'm afraid not. you were designed to be a killing machine and we were unable to give you your ability to heal others even though it was self taught. but we did equip you with a tank full of healing serum so you can administer it to your other soldiers when they need it"
so basically i'm me just not me anymore. i'm exactly what everyone wants me to be...an enforcer. -hiei walked over to the table and picked up his new staff and loaded his energy banks - " captain hiei we did manage to save your aura abilities. now instead of standard energy blasts your aura powers will be channeled through your blaster thus making them approximately 2.5 times more powerful" -hiei clinched his fist then transformed it into his blaster and felt a blue aura surround his body- thank you doctor. i think i'll still go by hiei since i'm me on the inside at least. so am i battle ready? -the doctor smiled- " i'm surprised you waited this long sir. go get 'em!" -hiei nodded and smiled on the inside of his helmet he then dashed out of the facility and blasted off to Hueco Mundo-

-hiei walked into the lab and gave a flashdrive to the head researcher- theres your data. i couldnt get much on the number one espada other than a vague power level. i trust you were monitoring the battle?
oh yes you did an exemplary job Captain. pity about val's injury but it was necessary for you to stay back in order for us to see what we're up against. after all had you gotten to him before val did you may have been the one in the coma then all our work would've gone to waste. you already knew that you werent strong enough to defeat number 1 -the researcher typed in some figures in the computer after plugging in the flashdrive and reviewing the fight-
i could've been strong enough. you know that i could be modified so have limitless power. that's precisely what i need you to do
yes but if we did that then your inhibitor chip would overload and your psychotic alter ego would resurface...the only other option would be to erase your personality completely.
well if that's what it takes for me to be strong enough to fight then do it. just promise me power and preservation of my mind on another medium such as a computer that way i can be myself when this is all resolved
if that is how you want it then so be it. step into the chamber and we will commence. you are doing a great thing here hiei. with this empowerment your reiatsu will be the highest on any records and you will be uploaded with a wide range of Kido skills. -hiei stepped into the chamber and the process began. he was rendered unconscious and the whirrs and revs of motors and robotics began his upgrade process. at last the dream of building the ultimate Shinigami had finally come into reality-
hahahahaha such a fool. he thinks he's the only one who can be made more powerful. he forgets that he was a shinigami who had robotic parts implanted and integrated into his system. his spiritual pressure matches that of another whom may actually be stronger. -he brought up a picture of Anya on the screen monitor the process. i'll be back shortly

-the professor bursted into the room in a fit of fury and eccentric laughter-hahahahaha she'll see. they'l all see. i'll make her HAVE to have the operation then i'll finally have my ultimate soldier. once she undergoes the process i'll control her just like that first buffoon and those idiotic shinigami will be none the wiser -he looked down at his arm and saw the number 13- hahaha the plan worked perfectly. while they were all distracted in hueco mundo and their commander investigating the death of a shinigami i was able to slip in unnoticed,kill the original professor, and take his shape and knowledge. they didnt even see any differences. they're so stupid it sickens me. now their ultimate espada killer shall become the greatest ally to the espada AGAINST the shinigami!! -he walked over to hiei's chamber and replaced his inhibitor chip with one identical in appearance. this chip would allow the professor to remotely control hiei and with hiei's mind blocked off and sealed inside his own body, he had become a drone. made to do whatever bidding the espada professor wished him to do. -
now my pet. arise and find miss mizuke. make her feel pain and suffer to the highest degree possible!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAAAAAAA -hiei's eyes glowed and he said nothing. the professor pushed a few buttons and he flew off to the medical center to find anya-

Anya shunpoed across the last few buidings and stopped on a building a few yards-and a-half. She cast a kido spell that cloaked her reaitsu from others. She looked at the area and shunpoed infront of the door and entered slowly. She entered and looked at all the machines and gagets. "I really don't like this place." she murmured. She shunpoed on a pipe above the floor when she heard some footsteps and some officers passed by. She ran softly as a feather on the pipe for a yard ot two and scanned all the area for the head professer. She examined the area and computers around the main computer.

-an alarm flashed on the screen but made no sound. it read intruder alert and brought up a screen showing anya hiding out and spying on the professor- so it seem's we have a bit of an intruder. haha perfect timing. she'll have to undergo the process now -the professor quietly sneaked his way over to where anya was and scrambled in excitement and fear to find her. with a syringe in hand he prepared to inject her with sleep medicene to knock her out and put her through the process of the reiatsu overhaul. what he didn't realize is that he left cyborg unattended...-

-Valcazar arrived at the place.- "A failed experiment, a failed savior. and illegal action by created "The espada Slayer." -muttered Val.- "Although i had always expected such a draw back..i didn't think it would happen with one foolish professor. there's a problem with that equation." -Valcazar arrived at the squad 12 place. Valcazar noticed a Professor sneaking up on his prey slowly. with a syringe in his hand. Valcazar leapted in and caught the professor's hand tight preventing him from moving it. Val shot an angry glare at him and said.- "Is that anyway to treat a woman?" -Val Lifted him in the air with his arm and iron palmed him with enough strenght to send him flying across the room. Val held back a bit so he wouldn't kill him. the impact the professor received from his head banging against the wall knocked him unconcious or so Val believed was the case. He looked at Anya.- "Are you alright? who is this...kid CyborgX spoke to me of?"
