*smiles and takes off running i inform the captain of squad 4 everything and let them go to squad 7 i then gather up the rest of squad 5*
All right everyone line up need to make sure everyones accounted for and ju all better pray u left some sake for Captain nukiuchi oni else ur all done for hee hee

Hello and Welcome to Squad 7.
I am your Captian. Call me Captain Valcazar or just Val.
I am a easy-going and laid-back but not a pushover either. take advantage of that and i swear you'll regret it.
If you have any problems and you need to discuss with someone who is reliable to help and listen and you more than welcome to come to me. If I'm not by any chance not online and you have a problem you may contact my soon to be luitenent, or just private message me.
show respect with my squad members and my Lt.
Members of my squad may learn Bankai sooner or may already know it. But you will most likely be lt. or have to be personally trained by me. some high quality training or acceptable typing will allow me to accept you to learn it.
If you have a problem with a member of my squad please notify me and I will take care of it ASAP.
If you by any chance disrespect me and my Lt. then you will be terminated out of the squad.
So I welcome you all to join my squad and enjoy yourselves and have a good time.

IC: -entering sereitei Squad 7 came in. Valcazar being last appeared and shut down the gates himself with his hand.- "Do not worry, The large amount of hollow was unexpected. However, I've watched each and everyone of you fight and helped one another. Thus, As promised tonight, DInner is still on me!" The squad cheered and began tlaking to each other about which one they should go to. Valcazar Walked to the side and said- "until further order from Captain commander, you are all dismissed!" -With that the squad split up to do their own thing, but would meet up with their captain later that night. Valcazar, prepared to walk away for patrol, but noticed Squad 5 captain nukiuchi oni and lieutenant Hoku Naralis. "Ah, Captain Nukiuchi...come to greet me have you? It is an honor to finally meet you in person." -He offered a handshake and turned his head towards the lady already leaving.- "And...that must be your lieutenant, how very nice to meet one with as beautiful as her...I look forward to finding out if this rose...has thorns..." -he then glances over to the captain wondering if it's true.- "Ah i need not think such things, rumor has it you were assigned to the RL world. I take it you've taken care of the hollow pests?" -Val really didn't like hollow one bit. in his experience they were horrible creatures that eat both human, shinigami and even other hollows.
Val looked into the eyes of the fellow Captain and said "Perhaps we should drink sometime? But ah...not before or during duty of course, my squad and i are having a feast tonight. you may join us if you wish, i don't think my squad anything against yours."

"Ah splendid!" *he said with a smile.* Ah how very good. Oh alright. Oh! The place hasn't really been decided yet. if it's alright meet us at the squad 7 HQ! if it's not too much trouble!" -called out Val as he watched The captain walked off to a sake store.- "Wow, a sake fellow captain? I'm liking him already." *He thought to himself.* Whew thank goodness, that's one new captain i met. gee....the other captains must really be busy." -he thought and made his way towards Captain commander's HQ to report.

IC: VAlcazar returned to squad Seven and made his appearance to some of the shinigami of his squad.- "C-CAptain?! Are you alright?!" -asked one of the shinigami. Valcazar nodded and said.- "Yes, i'm fine...I recently initiated Bankai. I'm telling you right now it's never easy. and it usually takes a very long time of training. SO patience is required. Also being one with your zanpaktou by cooperation with it will most definitely help. Let the others know that I'm back...and report to me for orders. For now my orders is for all of squad 7 to defend the areas of sereitei. It will be boring but now that I'm back all available members of squad 7 should move it and get on it right now! understood?" -they replied.- "Yes sir!" -VAl continued- "Alright, you and you, make sure everyone else does exactly as i say or i will come to them personally and any1 slacking will definitely see me in their faces and force them to if they are slacking off!" -they nodded and made their way to their members spreading in different directions. Val decided to make some tea as he waited for members to come to him. Should any situation become serious VAl for now would continue to stay in one spot to fully recover from the recent Bankai incident. He began to pour some tea in to some cups. He made 4 cups the other 3 meant to be for any visitors, most likely his squad members. If no one wanted any Val would simply drink them himself.
However that was not the case this time. a HEll butterfly appeared above him. VAl lifted a finger and offered it a land and received the message.
"This is lieutenant hoku naralis reporting to all available captains and lieutenants we need assistance in the human world Squad 5 is being ambushed when need back up asap
Captain oni is requesting that our power seals be released so that he may use his Bankai form please assist us"
-the voice of captain commander was heard also received -
"Request granted. "
- Val then thought to himself.- "Then it's settled." -VAl then sent a messae into the hell butterfly and let fly. IT said.- "
message received. Squad 7 is on their way to assist 5. Any other squads may continue with other tasks that needs to be done." -VAl then called out for some nearby shinigami- "Squad 7! those of you available will come with me! We will go to the real world and assist squad 5's captian and lt. from an ambush. I Don't know why the other captains aren't going to assist them but what's important that we will respond to their call and assist them is that understood?" -They replied.- "Yes CAptain!" -Valcazar continued those of you on duty now may stay here and continue guarding Rukongai & training the new squad members."
-Valcazar gathered 50 squad 7 members and told them to meet them at one of the official gates leading to the real world. Valcazar then shunpo his way to squad 4.-

Valcazar finally arrived at his quarters to finish up on his paper work to finish. He was still light-headed but sober enough to know what he was doing. although he feared he would be a little too friendlier than usual to the next shinigami he encountered, especially a female. He was thankful that he was not expecting any visitors at this time. He began read his paperwork and began to write on some of them.- "es...of course i'll accept that...Check...nono i disagree with that...Yes, yes definetly..."
-the sounds of scribbling were made from his writing. He still had little left to do now but was quite exhausted and now had his wrist strained.- "Argh...his is my best hand for wielding the sword too...i should be like another captain who knew how to wield two swords no matter which had was used..."
He decided to rest for a bit to regain his energy as he lay on a couch.
he was sleeping early but would be up early too.
he awoke the next day and felt good but still tired. He looked at his table to still find some work to be finished and trudged right over to it and sat himself down once again scribbling and reading. "hmmmm yes squad 7 is spreading around their patrols...around rukongai..." -Within a few mintues Valcazar was finally finished. He fell back on his chair and let out a sigh and said.- "Oh....thank goodness...i'm finished...ugh imagine being captain commander...still the deadline is a few days from now...but well..better that i get this off my head so i can relax and do whatever i want without worrying about this." -Valcazar picked up some of the papers that fell from the floor and placed them all in order neatly and organized as possible. He then grabbed a bunch of folders and numbered them so that he could put a certian amount of pages in each. Finally he got the paperwork all in the folders and placed them all in his desk drawers. with that Val went to get some tea brewing and breakfast ready. he took out a sandwich prepared before that he left in the fridge. Val took advantage everytime he went to the real world by taking a few suvenoirs. -
Finall Val finished his breakfast and his tea and went to squad 7 head quarters. There he found his awaiting squad 7 who came to report.- "Captain! we have patrolled all of rukongai and have found no problems what so ever." -Val nodded.- "good...i want those pf you available to go continue patrolling rukongai and the rest of you...it's training time, and i your captain will be around to help perfect your forms. now let's all get ready in the training area within 10 minutes, chop chop!" -
they all left the room to get ready while Val himself went to the training grounds of squad 7, to sit himself down on the grass in a meditation state..

All of squad 7 arrived at the area and began training by fighting each other. some were also doing bakudo training. the rest were training with the way of the sword, kendo. Valcazar observed them and showed groups his own way of fighting by showing them different forms. suddenly a hell butterfly arrived on his finger and got the messages.- "ARgh...drat it seems the captains took me seriously...well i guess i have no choice..." -Val then shouted.- "Squad 7, i want you all to listen to stop what you are doing and take a moment to listen to me it's very important that you all do." -They gather around their CAptain and listened.- "ALright, as you all may have heard...rumor has it we either have a traitor among us in sereitei or perhaps a bount of even an arrancar has been hiding among us. This has left some unexpected attacks...Now with that i have suggested an attack happen into hueco mundo but it's very dangerous there. my fellow captains however seem interested in letting this happen. Should this be approved i would like to ask of volunteers to join me your captain into hueco mundo. I know it has been that long, but i feel squad 7 is up to the task. Not all of squad 7 will go since sereitei will need guarding. "
-Val took a moment to sigh and continued.- "YOu do not have to decide now i will go to the meeting and listen to those who wish to join me. please excuse me i have a meeting to get to, you may all relax and wait here until i get back." -Valcazar then used shunpo as he did a quick dash and disappeared before their eyes.

Valcazar arrived fast enough to see a few shinigami leaving.- "Hmm? Leaving so soon?" -they had grim looks on their faces as if they were seeing a ghost.- "Forgive us captain! We didn't you'd arriv in-" -Val interrupted.- "It's alright, i'm here now and that what counts. don't worrry i don't blame you for deciding to leave." -Val went into the center of the field to see some of them training.- "Alright, show me your forms." -He walked around observing their skills. against each other, against dummies, and their swordplay. not bad. their previous captain had taught them well.- "What was his name...Captain Sajin Komamura..." -VAl observed their swordplay and did indeed resembled his only not completely perfect. Val remember his bankai, it was huge. Val hoped he could one day live up to his expectations. - "Good job squad 7. it seems your all quite talented, well done keep it up at your own time, but right now i want all squad 7 members to guard rukongai as well as all of sereitei for a few days. your captain has some urgent matters to deal with. give me about 2 or more days, i expect to return with most of squad 7 on their posts guarding. you may take breaks but i don't want any slackers! LEt me know if one of our members has been....getting lazy on us. WEll that all. Move out! meeting done. you have your orders." -Valcazar then shunpo all the wa to the bankai training spot.

Valcazar Arrives at his squad area and passes by his members while saying.- "Report." -A shinigami came by and said.- "AH CAptain! The Ryoka, have invaded sereitei and are even now engaged our forces as we speak. 200 of your members have been taken out sir." -VAl stopped and said.- "WHAT?!" -he said sounding bitter.- "Y-your troops have lost their moral after your absence." -VAl looked down.- "It seems my presence is needed here as well." -The shinigami of his squad continued.- "But there is good news! One of the graduates has been promoted to Lt. and has joined squad 7." -Val lookedat him.- "That is good news. Send her or him to me right away at once." -the shinigami replied.- "Yes sir!" -Val received hell butterflies indicating reports on the front lines.- "Hmmm, is that so? A captain betrayed us? dammit. not good." -VAl referring a captain he trusted.- "I shouldn't have known, And dammit Lt. HOku...what were you thinking?"

-VAl takes notice of the Lt. and approaches him.- "SO you must be the new Lt. Congrats." -Val looks at the others and explains.- "Alright squad 7, pull back fron the lines, and just defend the inner part of sereitei. the other squads will handle the Ryoka. NOw, i will head back to hueco mundo along with my LT." -VAl looks at him.- "What's your name again?" -Val then pondered on how his squad would deal with just them going on the mission.- "If here are those of you whos wish to come along i will not stop you, how ever be advised, if any of you encounter espada, run. WE'll be heading to the caves where lots of hollow dwell, and where us soul reaper captains are trying to supress." -Valcazar began walking out of it the area.- "So those of you who wish to join the hunt, follow me." -Valcazar then walked to the gates and went through them.-

-Valcazar arrived with squad 7, his LT. Wolf, and RAven.- "Alright everyone we're going to the front lines...let's take care of the Ryoka!" -Valcazar then used shunpo to make his way towards the front lines where the ryoka landed.-
