Raika was fully involved with chasing down the rabbits. She was vaguely aware of Ookami's position behind her, but she was mostly focused on the scent trail. Raika smirked to herself, she knew it was going to be relatively easy to sneak up on the timid creatures, due to the volume of the storm. As they neared the rabbits, Raika paused and looked up at Ookami, signaling without words where the rabbits lay.

Ookami nodded back then flanked Raika. He gave her a look that asked Are you ready? He waited for her to nod then attacked one of the rabbits leaving the other for Raika.
(i'm asuming that she nods and attacks as well.)

The rabbit Raika jumped after made a frightened little squeal and tried to jump away. It was too slow though, and the quick fox was on it in one bound. Killing it quickly, she looked to see if Ookami had caught his dinner as well.

Ookami snapped his rabbits neck then looked up at Raika. "Well that was fun," he said then took a bit out of his rabbit.

"Why yes, yes it was." Raika agreed, laying down and tearing a peice of rabbit flesh. "Hunting during storms is always fun. Extra danger, extra excitement. You're a pretty good hunter Ookami." Raika commented, hiding her blush by tearing off another strip of rabbit.

"Why thank you Raika." Ookami said he dragged his rabbit next to her's and layed down next to her. He continued to eat his rabbit and would pause ever so often to think.

Raika was surprised that Ookami lay near her, but she quickly relaxed, leaning slightly against the male. The rumbling thunder was like soft music above them. "Well the storm still seems to be going strong. What should we do after dinner?"

Ookami smiled as an idea poped up in his head. "How about running through some form of a body of water while the storm continues or we could get to know each other a little more since all we really know is each others names and that are owners are insane." he said with a slight chuckle

"True. Hmmm, how good are you with multitasking?" Raika asked with a smile, finishing up her rabbit. "Cause we could do both at the same time." She stood up, tail swishing behind her playfully.

"Quite good, actually. So lead the way to this body of water we can run through." Raika replied. "As for getting to know each other, how about we ask questions. If the answer is too personal, we can opt out. How's that?"

"Alright." Raika said, moving up to keep pace with the white and purple male. "So what would you like to ask me?" She said, bumping into him lightly.

Ookami thought for a moment before saying "Why do you seem cold? I know you can be warm to others but most of the time your cold,"

Raika jerked at the question, briefly contemplating opting out of answering, but that wouldn't be fair on a first question. Besides, how were they to get to know each other if they didn't open up a little?
"Well, I'm not very good with opening up to other people in the first place, but, I think I mostly learnt it from my father. He was cold to everyone all the time, even me. When I left home, I encountered many foxes who would just as soon fight you as look at you. I guess you would call it a defense mechanism." Raika explained.
