Holding Rufus against him, Tseng half-smiled, suddenly feeling the closest thing to happiness that he had for a long time.

A pleased smile came across the man's expression, standing in Tseng's arms. Rufus had grown up without ever having been in any type of relationship. So it was all completely new to him. And what he didn't know made him nervous, even though he enjoyed every second of it he wasn't sure what he was suppose to do.. Or even IF he was suppose to do anything.. Or say something.. Rufus lowered his head closer and rested it down on Tseng's shoulder at the crook of his neck, still feeling rather exhausted from everything.

Remembering that the President was supposed to be resting, Tseng, still holding him, laid him back down on his bed, forestalling the other's protests with a whispered,
'You need to rest. Sleep.'

His own arms came up over the man's shoulders and around his neck once he laid him down onto the bed, not allowing Tseng to leave him there. "Sleep? I've slept for hours already." Rufus protested anyway, his expression holding the faintest hint of a pouting face..
"I don't need anymore.."

Tseng's eyes fluttered shut as Rufus' hands caressed the back of his neck.
'Then, what would you suggest to do...?' He asked, a trace of amusement in his voice and in his eyes.

Rufus went silent, staring up at Tseng. His face blushed a bright red..
"Uhm..." Eyes looked away nervously and embarassed.. "We should uh..." Trying to think of something to say OTHER than what was actually on his mind.

Tseng decided to make his mind up for him by suddenly moving so he could nibbe along Rufus' jawline, making the other man gasp.

Rufus took in a faint gasp to Tseng's movements, his lashes lowered halfway to a close, enjoying the feeling. The man turned his head into the other a bit more, silently begging him to continue as he ran his fingers through those long raven hues.

Sighing as the President's fingers threaded through his hair, Tseng moved until he could lick at the tip of Rufus' ear, eliciting a half gasp, half moan from the other man.
'...Rufus...' he whispered, sensually, his voice going deeper with arousal.

"Mm.." Rufus closed his eyes completely, the warm breath and heated touch of the man's lips and tongue upon his ear bringing out a faint moan from the blonde.
His arms closed around Tseng tighter, curling his fingers around the fabric of his shirt and pulling the man into him further. Rufus leaned his head back away from the teasing kisses on his ear in order to plant his own upon Tseng's lips.

((Okay, I'm gonna go with Tseng having removed his jacket and tie and Rufus, obvioucly haing been in bed removed his wink ))
This time, the kiss they shared was deeper and unhurried, both men reluctant to reach the end. Opening his eyes, Tseng found the other was looking at him and their gazes locked. Rufus' eyes were dark with lust with some other emotion that was unreadable.

Rufus let out a faint pant when their lips had finally parted again, looking up to Tseng as their eyes met. His lips moved up into a light smirk to see the faintest nervous expression on Tseng's face in the dimmed light of the room.. However, it was overthrown with lust, as were his own thoughts. Both hands loosened their hold around the Turk and slipped to the front of his collar. His nimble fingers began to flawlessy undo each button of his shirt until Tseng's neck and collar were further exposed. Rufus lifted his head up once more into the crook of the other's neck, allowing his lips to part and his teeth to faintly sink down into the man's neck in a playful bite before closing his lips around the skin and suckling softly.
