"Hmph..." Hiru narrowed his eyes and went into a pouncing position as well as he watched her movements. Sure, he could try explaining to her that he had crossed off whatever father she had off her list of suspects for the most part, but he wasn't the type who liked to deal with others by talking to them. It seemed pointless to him and it took up too much time. He was used to fighting and figured that if it went quick enough he could catch up to the one he was pursuing anyway, so it wouldn’t hurt would it? However, her wings and extra tail might prove to be a challenge. A low growl came from Hiru. "This is your last warning..."

Lore laughed. "My last warning? This is yours." She flexed her all fourteen of her front talons into the pavement, knowing that doing this was probably stupid. Frenkhul would be so mad at her when he got news of this! But then again, how would he? She had just been on a walk. Though it would be hard to come up with a story to explain any injuries that she might be getting soon, she'd have to try. There was no way she was going to let Hiru off that easily.

Hiry rolled his eyes. This girl knew little about him. Perhaps he could show her exactly what she was dealing with. He began to teleport. First he went up closer to her front, then on top of a building, and finally right behind her. "You really don't know what you're getting yourself into, do you?"

Lore was a bit startled by his ability to teleport, but she didn't show it. "I do know that you threatened another griffin, and even if he's not a member of the horde, some of us protect our own." She turned around to face him, her voice and eyes steely cold. So what, he could teleport and all that jazz. She could fly, and Lore was pretty sure he couldn't teleport straight into the air.

"Then please, do your so called protecting. At this point, I'm not very impressed..." No, he couldn't teleport straight into the air, but he could teleport to high places. He teleported to the top of a building. He was expecting her to try to fly in this fight, so he'd try to stay a step ahead of her.

Lore sighed and folded her wings close, shaking her head. Men. "So you're going to try and beat up a girl over--Heck, I don't even really care what over." Lore cast a disparaging glance in Hiru's direction, her bright teal eyes flashing coldly. Was it all just fight with this guy, or was there something else under there? He -was- a little interesting, that was true, but was it really worth it to try and get him to stop trying to take a chunk out of her and somehow get him to talk? Lore didn't know, but she was starting to lean more towards the getting to know him option. She had never seen a whatever-he-was, and somehow she kind of doubted that she would in any kind of timeframe soon.

He stared down at her. A look of disbelief flash on his face, but only shortly. "You were the one provoking me. I told you before, you are not my real target. He rolled his eyes. "I do not judge my opponets on their gender. Male or female, it doesn't matter to me. If they want a fight badly enough I'll give it to them all the same." He sat down and waited patiently to see if she'd actually make a move towards attacking him. Maybe she was all talk...

"You're kidding me. You actually do have other looks." Lore said, raising her feathery version of an eyebrow. "You'd probably love to meet two griffins I know. They'd love to take you on,, not even kidding." She relaxed, dropping her combative stance. "So, Hiru. You must have more of a reason than just giving somebody a message." Lore said, recalling the name that he had given her a while before.

"Yes. I do. I just choose not to show them. To show emotion is weakness. It lets the enemy read you." His face went back to emotionless once more. What he showed her there was very rare and he would keep it rare. "Hmph. I don't like meeting kimera or humans period. I fight when I see purpose, not sport. The only reason I've been defensive around you is because you had put on the illusion of getting in my way. I can see that that won't happen..." To prove what he said he teleported down to the ground again. "That information you seek is my personal business. It would be pointless to tell you."

Lore shook her head with a chuckle. "Looks like I'm not going to get any more out of you." She watched as Hiru appeared on the ground a ways off. "Well, since I already know your name, you're at a bit of a disadvantage, eh? I'm Lore." She introduced herself with a nod and a griffonish smirk. Maybe he'd actually do something, other than just being all serious, now that he knew her name...it was a gamble of sorts, but still.

"My public identity isn't meant to be secret. I have a birth name as well. I keep that to my self most of the time," He said. He glanced behind himself for a moment. His target was long gone by now... The griffin had probably been flying around in the air now. It was useless to presue... For now. He walked over closer to the griffin. He narrowed his eyes at her smirk, wondering if she was feeling a bit too confident or something. "Lore huh....? First I've heard of such a name."
