What you really should be asking is if we can feel energy inside ourselves. To say anyone has powers is lunisy. Though there is the ability to sustain large amounts of energy. Then there are the earthly abilities like heightened hearing.

I got a story about magic (about me)
Everyday when I bath in our bathroom I played water every now and then.
Then I touched the water, pushed and pulled it up and down.
Then I got a feeling the water is a part of my body.
I pushed it hard and the water splashed very high (3 feet I guess)
and splashed on me.
I do it evryday! (now I think the water just raised like 4 feet I think.

Wish I could. Although sometimes I sense something strange about myself. Whenever my computer is frozen or the internet is lagging, I just lay my hand on the modem and breathe. Strangely whatever is happening just stops and goes back to working.
A few years ago I was able to change the battery life on a Gameboy SP while on the bus. I felt like I was magical. First it was green, then red, then green again.

I'm not sure whether it was magic but there was definitely an energy there

Saddly i do not belive i have so far in life felt or witnessed any kind of magic, unless possibly seeing a ghost counts.

So does seeing the Fae world, sapping knowledge of past life thefts to help me with a current theft, controlled breath, sucky swordsmanship, ability to conceal weapons from being detected, under water breathing, and minimal controlling of fire mean I use magic?
