What, green text! that means it's time for another UPDAAAAAAAAAAY-TE! *sigh* who am I kidding, it's only like me and spud are the only ones reading this anyway, but I'll keep trucking. WHY? because I can.
not much interesting between now and back then (or is it back then and now? meh, I'm sure you understand), but I did happen upon an interesting cave.
The story goes like this. I was walking along the road from Gnisis to Ald Velothi When I spy a door in the bottom of a mountain, with a boat next to it in a river leading out to sea. Alarm bells go off in my head saying 'SMUGGLER'S CAVE' along with 'POSSIBLE PHAT LOOT', cause let's face it, bandit's never have anything interesting, it's the smugglers that have all the phat loot. Nehoo, I resolve my business in Ald Velothi (repairs, sell some random items) and leap into the river and head for the cave. The first sign of weirdness is the fact that there's a body in the longboat, labled 'badly disfigured dead smuggler', suggesting more than fowl play at work here. So I enter, and to my utter indifference I was right - I've found a smuggler's cave. So I loot and am about to make a getaway when I spy a path leading further into the dungeon. Now I'd like to make a note here and tell you all that there were no guards stationed immediately inside to guard the rear entrance. I thought this as weird, and crept with even more caution than I normally would, and armed with naught but my bow, my staff and my fists, and armored only in cloth and dark brotherhood armor, I was pretty freaking on-edge (there were multiple quick-saves). So I creep around the cave and enter a larger common room, this with a cauldron in the corner, a table beside it (with a book laying open on it - Hanin's Wake) and a ladder leading opposite sides to my left and right - the left leading to what looks like the exit and the right leading to a room I cannot see from this position. It's then that I notice the peculiarities of the room. For one the bodies of two of the smugglers are laying naked on the floor, next to a pile of clothes, and for two there are three scamps lurking in the middle of the room. being the smart monk that I am, I lure them over one at a time and send them back to Oblivion. After dispatching the scamps I continue to explore the cave, and find a room of to the left ladder, about 25 metres directly in front of the entrance portal (for it was the portal), with all manner of scrolls and potions in there, leading me to believe that the smugglers alone didn't summon the scamps on their own - that they may have had sorcerous help. As I leave this room, and re-enter the common room, there appears the biggest ogrim I've ever seen, just walking about, obviously having not noticed me yet for the shadows and my sneak skill. Well, I was a bit stumped on what to do next. If I face the Ogrim, I figured I had a scant chance of beating him, but he has more of a chance in beating me into monk paste. being the stupid soul I am, I quick-save and let fly an arrow at the beast. it hit's but does nothing (neither the arrows nor the bow were of any magical properties) and brace myself for the fight ahead. Well, the ogrim, still not having seen me for some strange reason, and utterly dumbstruck at my audacious attack, starts to flee in what looks like fear. So what do I do? Beat it senseless of course! Once I've finished with the ogrim, had a good look about what was once his domain (he had a throne, prisoners stripped down to their bones hanging upside down, everything!), I prepare to leave when I notice a door and a ledge hanging about 5 metres above the rear entrance in the common room. Using one of the levitation pots I fly up to the position and end up using the other potion trying to get the door open (the ledge wasn't big enough and the door swung out). Well I open the door to reveal another prisoner, but unlike the others he's stil got blood flowing, heart pumping, and is still talking and breathing (in other words, he's alive.). After interrogating him, I learn that he's the sorcerer that summoned the foul beasts and that he lost control of the ogrim, thus leading to the catastrophe I walked into. So he tries to beg a levitation potion from me, but I don't have any more after the stunt with the door. So I tell him to make himself nice and cosy, cause he may not be coming down anytime soon. I then jump down, exit and proceed on my way. Might go and free him someday if he's still alive and kicking there, he had a cool hat apparently.
That's about all that's happened to me at the moment. Got some sick loot out of that (including some jems, need those to sell for some spellmaking) and now am gonna continue with my Tribunal Temple faction quests (what I origionally was gonna go do, but ran out of encumbrance to do another session of dungeon crawling should the situation require it, so I just went and sold the stuff.
That's about all kiddies. See you next update!

Just letting everybody who reads this know *laughs out loud at the strange thought* that my comps died (comp's bitching that it doesn't have a file windowssystem32configsystem or it's corrupt) so I can't play morrowind.
however there hasn't been much going on amyway, went to mournhold, did the player's quest, got very rich selling a katana and a blade that cancelled out it's effects on hit, and bashed some skulls in the sewers (dark brotherhood skulls specifically), went back to Vvardenfell and went to go get azura's star. Got halfway to her shrine before my comp died.
That's about it. still haven't started the storyline, but I'm level 18, so I'm gonna start soon. Still love the fact I can beet down the daedra.
well, intrepid adventurers, I'll see you all *lol* next time.

yeah, folks, this is officially effed. I forgot to backup the files to a flash drive before my computer's HDD shat itself so I have lost the file. Suffice to say this little adventure is effed. Epically.
I apologize to those who were hanging on my every word and who will now go and slit their wrists in agony of not being able to read my monthly updates. If I hear of too many deaths I may be forced to start one on Oblivion or again on Morrowind, but I don't see that happening any time soon (especially seeing as I now have time on WoW... yeah, sorry guys), so until next time...
BYE ALL!
