Rizer was hyped to start a match against the stranger. But he was apparently a mean psycho who kicked him off his chocobo as he started. He grumbled and watched the stranger fly off.

Taking Kane's tactic of casting haste, he tries, but his chocobo bucks and he shoots it off into the stands. Some person must be cheering very fast, he presumes. At least he made a start.
