Saiko looked up at Kabuto, and waved. He now had two shells in his hands. One light blue with purple-ish pink spots, and the other pink with a light purple rim. He swam over to where Kabuto, Shine and two other child-pearlaice, were. He smiled, 'Hello.'

Kabuto nodded to Sage with a small smile of his own. "Saiko's older brother, right?" He spoke while waiting for Shine and Roukai to speak. He was trying hard to be friendly.
Latis peered at the two shells in Sage's hand and just grinned, "Look! He's babysitting too!" she exclaimed. "Do you know what they are? Boy or girl? What they will be like?"
Kabuto shook his head at Latis' swell of curiosity. She was generally quiet and standoffish at times, unless she's curious. "Calm down...Curiosity can get you in trouble, plus it isn't often that we know what are in the shell..."
Latis peered at Kabuto and huffed lightly.

Sage nodded towards Kabuto, 'Yeah ... Albrecht's older brother, I'm guessing.' He smirked and looked at Latis, then to Kabuto, 'Ah, it's alright. My whole family's a curious bunch ... doesn't bother me.' He looked back at Latis, 'Well, I'm not sure about this one.' He lifted up the light blue with purple-ish pink dots, 'But this one is probably going to be ... a girl? Not sure, but not many pink male pearlaice around ... except me.' He grinned. True, he was the first and probably ... the only pink male pearlaice, except Leyna ... I guess. He's kind of pink-ish.

Kabuto nodded faintly toward Sage and peered at Latis as she stuck her tounge out at him. He rolled his eyes giving out a small sigh.
Latis tilted her head at Sage, "Well it's a lovely color on you anyhow." She nods once.
Kabuto smirked and shook his head, "Do you happen to know where Saiko and Albrecht wandered off to? I think they went back to that..cave?"

Shine nodded to Sage, then looked at Kabuto with concern. "You said something about a cave? The only caves I know of are indeed at the sea bottom. Isn't it supposed to be dangerous for youngsters? They didn't go alone did they?"
Roukai had been about to talk to Kabuto again until Sage had arrived. He tilted his head slightly, studying the two shells curiously. He seemed to have already forgotten what he had been talking about with Kabuto by the time he took his attention off the sparkly shells. "A cave? That sounds like fun. Can we go there Shine??"

Kabuto sighed and nodded, "I know but he will not listen to me and threatens to sneak off despite what I warn."Cirisse's Post @ Sea Bottom Sage stopped dead in his tracks. He thought ... he had heard Saiko. But wasn't she at the sea bottom caves with Albrecht and Wyna? Wait a minute ... how could he forget?! He swam out of the area he had been watching the kids in. He saw the fin of a shark ... but why would a shark be in a cave unless ... SAIKO!
Sage hid the two shells in his giant shell, and secured it before swimming over to the shark. He balled up his fists and grabbed the shark's tail. No shark was about to eat his little sister, even if it costed him his life!
Kabuto blinked as Sage suddenly swam off, "Oh..No..!"
Latis tilted her head, and looked at Kabuto questioningly.
"I..Think something's happened, I should go help. But that would leave Latis here.." He glanced at Shine and Roukai. He didn't want to leave Latis all alone here, but his brother was in trouble...Maybe.
((Hope Cirisse doesn't mind..Quoted part of her post at Sea Bottom so that there would be no confusion..))

EVENT
A curious fairy came buzzing through the gardens. She stopped suddenly, her wings hovering quickly to keep her hovering at the same spot, to look at all of the Pearlaice gathered here.
There seemed to be a bunch of shells here as well.
Smirking slightly she started to think of ways to bring those kids gathered in some serious trouble.
Letting out a happy chirp she went to sit down on one of the tree branches, letting her legs dangle she cocked her head and observed the company curiously.
Uh oh! The fairy seems to be out for trouble. As native Pearlaice (cough) you ought to know the mischievious nature of them and you should be wary. Perhaps you could try to befriend the fairy?

With Sage gone, Saiko fainted and in a cave, and Klovre hatched and helping Saiko ... the little shell was all alone ... trapped in some big shell. Damn, why did Sage have to put it in there? No matter, this shell was smarter then it looked.
The light blue shell with purple-ish pink spots wriggled out of the giant shell and shot out of it's mouth, flying into the tree the fairy was sitting in. It got up, and cocked it's ... shell ... at the fairy, letting out a happy chirping, and clamping noise, as if to say, 'Hello!'

The fairy blinked as she shell made its way up to her. Hmm, that was... peculair... to say the least. That had never happened before.
Blinking, the fairy started to chirp happily back to the shell as she made a few gestures and chattered bouncily. She seemed pretty excited and bouncy as she gave the shell a shove and it lost its balance and fell.
The fairy couldn't contain her laughter as she doubled over and started to bang her fists on the tree branch while pointing at the shell.

The shell fell out of the tree and landed gently, because the water slowed down it's fall. HA! The shell was furious however, so instead it just swam over to Shine, Roukai and Latis.

The fairy kept on laughing, wheezing and gasping for breath when she lost her own balance.
Letting out an angry chirp, she started to flap her wings to stop her fall and huffing indignantly, she quickly flew off.

Kabuto thought on it for a moment, then nodded, "Alright you guys take care Latis. I'll go help with whatever's got Sage spooked, though I am sure it has to do with that cave.." Kabuto looked at Latis sternly, "You behave. Got it?"
Latis frowned a bit, "But I want to come!"
He shook his head, "You stay here and play with the others." He looked down and saw the shell and smiled a bit, "You can help us by helping them watch the shell." He swam off before she could protest
"BUT YOU ALREADY SAI--..Nevermind..Ugh. Big brothers!" she huffed and looked down at the shell and blinked, "Hello!" Then looked over to Shine and Roukai, "Didn't know they could do that? Must be very smart." she praised the shell. Latis was semi-aware of the Fairy, she glanced toward it's retreating form and frowned a bit, it seemed angry? That could mean trouble...

The shell chirped and clamped happily at Latis, as if to say, 'Hello!' It huffed as the fairy flew away. It didn't like it very much, but it's fairy sibling was okay ... as far as the shell could tell. It hadn't really been around it to judge before.

"My you're a pretty shell. I bet you'll be pretty when you hatch." She smiled and swam over to Shine and Roukai so that she was nearer to them. She was worried to say the least but the shell was sort of distracting her from her worries. "I hope you hatch soon. Then you could possibly play with Roukai and I." Latis chattered on for a little.
