I agree that the bullet should have hit him in the back of the head, but I'm pretty sure Arthur is dead, otherwise he should have healed immediatley.

I know. I'm just sayin' that that is some plot twist s**t that theyre willing to pull.
Like "sense it was damage to the brain in the wrong place, it only took a while longer to heal."
Lol! I just thought about this. but if they pulled that plot twist, they could say that Peter even ******** up killing his dad at point blank.

It hink it's stupid how peter got his powers back! *but that's my opinion* in fact i think it would of cool to see him with out his powers al least till the beginning of season four

i wonder if ando can give regular people powers or at least make them faster/ stronger? or does his power only amplify abilities? can he amplify light from the lightbulb? perhaps ando will be able to restore hiro's power? even though hiro doesn't need it cause he has samurai-ness...

I just kinda figured that Ando is like their own energizer bunny. He charges them up.

I think Arthur did come back to life because in one scene he is dead on the floor with peter and nathan fighting over a gun which is over Arthur but in the next scene i noticed Arthur is not on the floor so eather it was a really quick clean up or he picked himself up and walked out
I think its good Ando has powers but peter should have been without for a bit longer i just hope hiro get his back. he totally needs them back

I don't think they showed that hallway again. It was the lab downstairs, and an office. They didn't show Arthur, or the place where he died, again. I really hope he's dead. He cause me soooooo much grief in Volume 3. Taking Peter and Hiro's powers away, turning Nathan evil (again), and all around bleh.
I think Ando is simply an energizer for people with abilities, nothing more, nothing less. Don't get your hopes up that he's gonna give people abilities and stuff, that probably isn't his power.

I think that Peter and Nathan would have aknowledged if their father disapeared.
