All of them!!!!!!!!! Yeh, I'm a major DannyxSam shipper. Always have been, always will be. Oh God, I can't decide which moment I like best.
Any moment in Fanning the Flames...the fakeout makeout in Shades of Gray...the fakeout makeout in Memory Blank...when Danny rescues Sam in Beauty Marked...really, any DannyxSam moment is my favorite.

I feel obligated to write a fanfic where danny meets an origonal male character, who isn't a nerd, jock, jerky-lady-killer, vengeful halfa of any other ghost. "cuz I hate all the girls, and I'm a yaoi/slash freak.

I like it when danny is under mind freak's control and they're on top of the train and Sam falls off and Danny goes to save her even though he's under mind freak's control.

~If I were to pick a Danny/Sam moment, it would probably be when Danny leaves in the ecto-skeleton in Reign Storm. It was nice and subtle, I liked that.
