i then take deep breaths and as i did my chakra began to flow smoothly and started to grow
"yes i can feel it sensai. its like my chakra rising."

i then stood up and put my hand up mid way then i began to focus as my palm was facing up a speck of flashed and grew to the size of a tiny ball

i then put both my hands out as i did so i began to feel lighting rush to my hands then i began to shoot lighting ball at the wall after the 6th lighting ball hit the wall i stopped then put my hands down

i say turning to Reton with a shocked face

"Ok next" Reton does some handsigns and creates a medium sized pond "put your hands on the surface of the pond and use your chakra to create an electrical current that travels across the entire pond. You might not get it on the first few tries but I have confedence that you'll get it" Reton begins meditating.

i then charge up and place my hand on the pond once i touch the water i shock myself

"Well it could be that water is used as a conducter for the electricity so the lack of experience you have with this type of chakra control could of caused a backfire in the water and it came back and shocked you. Just keep trying"

"ok here it goes"
i then place my hand on the water then i force lighting on the water. the water began to light up and my whole hand was covered with lighting but it didnt hurt. shortly after i pulled my hand away the i back up and sat down looking at the lighting water. my eyes then want back to normal
"Reton sensai im hungry now can we get something to eat"
after speaking i left the cave
