*Soul shook his head and slowly got up to his feet, dusting off his knees and back-side. He tilted his neck to the left and right, cracks being let out. He crossed his arms as he did coming into the training area and faced Harou*

Harou put his hand out again. He focused intently on his finger. An aura of chakra began emitting from that area. He pointed his hand at a rock and released the ball of chakra. As he approached the rock, it seperated, deminishing itself striking the rock in many different places, but not one put more than a scratch.
Harou let out a sigh. ". . .any suggestions?"

*Soul uncrossed his arms and stuck them in his pokcets. He took several steps forward, his shoes rustling in the grass. He spoke softly while walkng, saying ,"Just one." When only four feet away, Soul jumped forward three feet and spun to the left, his torso bending to the side and his right leg outstretched, swinging for the back of Harou's head*

Harou saw Soul's body movement and leg being lifted up to his head level. Harou tucked his left shoulder under and rolled forward away from Soul.
Harou stood up and smirked. "New game? I love games." Harou put his hand in one of his bags on his hip and lunged at Soul, aiming a sturdy punch at his Solar plexis.

"What a pathetic jutsu..." A voice that Soul knew all two well echoed out as the shinobi walked out from behind a tree. Chaos had a crazed smile on his face as he looked over at Harou and Soul. "Chakara Gun huh... Why not use a real jutsu, like a Chakara Cannon?" Despite Chaos's reputation and the actions he had been taking lately something about him seemed non-lethal at the moment. "Besides... What is a gun to a cannon?"

Harou heard a strange voice out of nowhere and stopped his attack. He was shocked as to whom decided to present himself. "Chaos. . ." He whispered aloud. Harou look at him curiously as he approached Soul-sempai and himself.
Then Harou reiterated Chaos' words softly."Chakra. . cannon. .?"

*A chill ran up Soul's spine. His nuetral look became one of anger, one of hate. He clenched his fists and turned to face Chaos. His knuckles cracked and his teeth gridded, Soul's pale red eyes slowly turning to a ruby red behind his glasses*
Yes, the Chakra Cannon. It is a jutsu where you exert a large amount of chakra out of your body in an attempt to erradicate your enemy. I learned it from Kashin, and Kashin learned it....From him.

Harou had a puzzling look on his face. He'd never even heard of the chakra cannon before. Harou shook his thoughts out of his head and looked at Chaos with a scowl. "What do you want?"

Chaos smiled over at Harou and chuckled. "I just wanted to see if their was any new talent." Chaos flipped a little hair out of his eyes. "Soul... I expected more out of you. This child is full of potential and you just failed him by not showing him the Chakara Cannon?" Chaos waved his finger at Soul. "Teach it to him... Then allow him to decide his fate." Chaos pointed his hand at Soul, a mass of chakara forming around his wrist. Its purple tint, its corrupt energy, and its pure strength would make anyone's hair stand on end. "Show him the paths in the road Soul, and allow him to make the choice!" With that the spinning mass of chakra shot forward at Soul like a bullet. It was aimed to strike and to kill. "Let him choose!" Chaos said as he vanished under the earth, his laugh echoing out.

*Soul did not know whether the shot was for him, or if it was for Harou, but either way, he tackled the boy to the floor, taking both of of range from the shot. Before he could even retaliate, Chaos was gone. Soul smashed his fist into the dirt and jumped to his feet*
Get out here, you coward!
*Soul was now completely enraged. He screamed at the top of his lungs up at the sky, fire shooting from his throat and flames dancing around his tightly clenched fists*

Harou was on his hands and knees. He looked shocked and surprised at the events of today. "Soul-sempai. . . ."

*The flames stopped surging through his body, but they did dance around him, the grass continueing to burn. He panted heavily and began gridding his teeth. Soul whipped his head around to look at Harou, only half of his face being seen*
What!?
*In that exact moment, Soul could feel it. His eyes burned like the fire around him. His teeth had sharpened out, and his usual grin seemed to never be there, but was replaced with a permanent scowl. If he could look at himself a that moment, he knew he'd be the spitting image of his father. For so long, Soul wanted this fury, intensity, the burning blood of a Ketushai to surge through his veins; the thing was, now that it was their, he wanted it to stop. Soul's head returned to its normal position and he dropped to his knees, trying to clutch grass but only feeling ash*

Harou walked over and held his hand out to help Soul up. With a smile, he made light of the situation. "Well, come on. Can't stay down on your knees all day! We have work to do!"

*As Harou outstretched his hand, a "whisp" was heard; Soul was close behind Harou, very close. The closeness would be very ackward and uncomfortable, but this was more of a terrifying closeness. A kunai's edge was held right up against the neck of the boy, the slightest twitch drawing blood*
...You're too slow. If i were an enemy shinobi....If i were Chaos, i would have slit your throat right then and there.
*As Soul spoke, he let the words pass through his clenched jaw to express anger. He added pressure to the knife, coming close to slicing the skin, and then he threw the kunai away and roughly pushed Harou away from him. His head was kind of low and his glasses were slightly cracked. His breathing was an odd combination of gasping for air and calm breathing*
Come on! No more screwing around. I want to see what you've got!

Harou was shocked, but knew now not to expect any less from Soul-senpai.
"Hai, sensei!" Harou held his hand up one more time. He concentrated hard on the tip of his finger and a ball began forming. It slowly started to deminish, but Harou was determined this time to succeed. He'd of felt like a complete failure failing again in front of Soul. He concentrated harder, his teeth grinding together. Harou took aim at a nearby rock. Finally the words came. Chakra gun, Ketushai!" The small ball launched from his finger and blasted straight through the rock. Harou fell down to one knee. He had put a lot into that attempt, and was panting quite a bit.
