Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. (( Sigh, this is gonna pain me to type, I can almost feel the hook *shudder* DAMN YOU SANTIAGO!!! ))
Part of his plan worked, but as Tougura went to draw Esper, he felt something go horribly...horribly wrong. His hand felt as though it were being squeezed from all sides as his very mind lit on fire. He felt his body being pulled to the ground as the hook in his back dug deeper and deeper into his deltoid. Much further, and it would have the risk of severing his tendon.
This...is the Gyakugan?
His head felt foggy, he couldn't think himself out of this hell without causing more pain.
"GYAHH!" Tougura fell forward, yet again, as he tried to stand. The pain in his head, hand, and back felt as though they were being torn apart from all sides.
Fumbling, Tougura lashed the kunai out, once again, at the line and severed it just before dropping the kunai and clutching his hand in pain. His entire right side burned as he got onto his knees, trying desperately to stay in the fight at this point.
I still have them...but if I get them here...will they be effected like me?
At this point, Tougura still had most of his chakra left but, in his condition, he could do very little with it. He seriously considered using the summoning jutsu, even if it only bought him a few minutes of rest.
Grinding his teeth, Tougura formed three seals and, in a silent rush of wind, four of his kamikaze bushin were created. These would buy him little time as, any moment now, Saichi would be coming out of his disorientation...
...wait...that's it...
The gyakugan was starting to look like an advantage for Tougura now that he had come to this realization. The pain brought on by the explosion was an indicator as to how long Saichi would be disoriented...the moment that left, Tougura would be defenseless. This battle would turn out like this in the end, could Tougura cause Saichi enough pain now that, when his Gyakugan ran his chakra dry, he wouldn't last? Truly, it was a battle of who could stand more pain...right now it looked as though Saichi were winning.
Through his pain, he gave a mental note for the bushin to rush Saichi. While they wouldn't fool him for long, the surprise of seeing four clones rush him just as he re-gained his "sight" would buy enough time for Tougura to rest and recuperate from the mental shock of Saichi activating his bloodline limit. There it was again, the twinge of pain in his head..this time lessened by a large amount. Tougura's clones were ten feet from their target and Tougura's opponent was already recovering.
(( this whole post...probably lasted around 30-45 seconds if put into real time ))

As sachi landed from his bound he stumbled a bit, being completely disoriented from the explosion which happened not to far from him. In a groggy haze Sachi knew that he had to do something to stop him from being so vulnerable. Clapping his hands in front of him Sachi created a sound source for him to use a jutsu. He knew his jutsu well...including the Gyakugan. As soon as he clapped his hands came together and formed a quick set of seals, which immediately altered the sound that emitted from his hands. The waves frequency increased dramatically around two feet around him in a concentric dome which grew outwards rapidly. The increased frequency would cause the waves to go from high arcing waves to tight compact waves, which would not only cut through Tougura if he was coming, but stop small projectiles and rip through any ordinary clones (earth clones, fire clones, are exceptions).
Sachi was eating through his chakra supply...he would have to finish this fight quicker than he expect.
That ping in his hearing slowly started to fade...giving him some range of vision.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Saichi was buffeted with a blunt, wind from all directions as his sound-waves cut through Tougura's wind clones. Tougura knew his clones had done what they set out to do by the slight, squeezing pressure the Gyakugan made him feel from all sides.
This is pathetic...If I attack him then I'll just be hurting myself until his jutsu wears off...if I don't then he'll still be able to attack me and I'll lose...
It was clear what Tougura had to do. He wouldn't last very long, if he were to fail, and he was sure that Saichi had regained himself by now, but he had a plan that would have to work if he were to win.
Reaching into his cloak, Tougura took out a kunai and two small spheres.
Sometimes I wonder how smart I really am...
Tougura held his breath as he kicked himself up onto his right leg, shot the kunai at Saichi, and fell back down onto his right knee. This pain wasn't the Gyakugan's anymore, the hooks had done their job and blood-loss was starting to become a factor in this fight.

Sachi was finally out of his daze and with a short time with his gyakugan left he had only a few choices. Using his advantages to their full Sachi ran straight forwards at full tilt. He took the kunai right in his pectoral, luckily it was somewhere not too vital, just thick muscle. The pain of the kunai would be transferred to Tougura and give Sachi a chance to use one final strike.
Quickly one hand seal was formed while the gap was closing. Around Sachi's hand lit a flame. The fire was not touching Sachi's hand, therefore it wouldn't burn his flesh, but the pain would be incredibly intense....for Tougura that is.
Planting his left foot Sachi cocked his fist back and unleashed a punch of devastating proportions, aimed right for Tougura in his crouched position.
The pain would likely cripple him and make it incredibly difficult to dodge.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. I was right...
Tougura shifted his weight and took the punch into his right shoulder, letting himself fly from the ground. Though, what was left in his place would secure the match for Tougura.
As he lifted from the ground, he dropped the two bombs in his hand. Two blasts at that range would end the battle for Saichi...but there was more. As Tougura left the ground and started to fly backwards, his torn, burnt and battered cloak slipped from his arms and joined the bombs on the ground
"GYAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!!!!" Tougura let out a piercing scream of pain as he felt, or didn't feel, the entirety of his right arm go numb...as if it were disconnected from his body. The only thing keeping Tougura awake at that moment was the expectation to here the satisfying...
Boom...
Tougura's body skidded to a writhing halt just before explosions and flashes wracked the battlefield. The two original bombs had set off every explosive in Tougura's arsenal...right next to Saichi Raido.
((Is it weird that I'm feeling all squirmy right now >.> *shudders*))

As Sachi struck Tougura he just knew what was going to happen. His eyes widened and his mouth dropped. He didn't have much time to do anything except take it. But Sachi wasn't dumb. Since his feet were planted he would easily be able to retract his left foot back, crouch downwards and cover his chest and face with his forearms. His arms and legs would take the brunt of the attack, leaving anything major mostly clear from the damage.
The explosions went off and Sachi was sent flying. His arms and legs were now severely burned, with small chunks missing from them. Landing hard on the ground he skidded in the dirt and came to a very limp stop. His breathing was heavy and he could barely stay conscious. Sachi's eyes closed and he very slowly and gingerly brought his headband back up to cover his eyes. He took deep breathes to try and stabilize his body. If he had to he could get up to claim victory is it was his at this point...but he really didn't want to..

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Did I win?
Tougura tried to get up, only to meet himself with another scream of pain. Turning onto his side, Tougura vomited right there, in front of thousands of people, from the pain he was experiencing. His arm had seemed to "re-connect" itself to his body and he now wanted nothing to do with it. A stronger man than he would have cut it off...but Tougura would have to situate himself with being weak.
He heard shaking breaths coming from across the arena...the entire audience had silenced themselves after seeing what two chunin would do to each other to advance themselves amongst their village ranks.
Neither of them were out cold...but, by the looks of it, both chunin would rather be at the moment.
"Can't..let..."
the pain welled up again and cause Tougura to vomit, yet again, in front of thousands.
Would a jutsu...right now...kill me? I have the chakra left...but can I...
Tougura leaned himself harder onto his right arm, mentally squirming in pain as he tried to make his left hand reach his right. If he could pull off anything...one clone...that was all he needed to win...
"GYAAAAAAAAAH!" he finally realized just how badly Saichi had hit him with that last attack. Blood and bone had been exposed by the fire-powered punch...simply leaning towards it seemed to make it quake in agony.
Letting out one more howl, Tougura rolled himself onto his stomach and connected his hands. He seemed to be hyperventilating as his hands formed the first seal...

Sachi gritted his teeth hard as he heard Tougura scream. He knew that Tougura wasn't out and that meant only one thing...Sachi couldn't be out either. He had a reputation to hold up as being one of the top chuunin as well as being the Co-leader of the Seisatsu clan. He couldn't shame his rank and clan like this, not here not
Slowly Sachi rolled to his side and began to push off the ground with the better of the two arms. The pain he had experienced was much different than Tougura's, it wasn't acute and the natural endorphins of the body would quickly numb the pain. Tougura on the other hand...would suffer sharp pangs and stabbing sensations from his pain...poor guy. Oh so slowly Sachi brought one leg up and braced himself on it just enough so that he could plant one foot firmly on the ground. Pushing off the knee with all his might Sachi brought himself to a very wobbly stand.
"14% Chakra left...two things can be done...lets see what he does..." his mind spoke.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. The pain from "Dragon" was what would be numbing him for the next set. Quickly, Tougura unfolded his hands into a "Ram" seal and then cupped them into a "Snake".
As the pain set in, Tougura concentrated his chakra around him.
Kamikaze Bushin
The wind picked up around Tougura as seven forms of Tougura faded into existence, each donning a cloak of a different color of the rainbow as if they were joining the match anew. They stood, staring down Saichi, as their creator screamed out in pain. It, truly, was a bluff at this point. If Saichi had any energy left to fight, he would be able to take them down. His last fit of pain left Tougura numb enough to roll over and view the battlefield through his watery eyes.
The yellow and red bushins began to walk towards saichi. Being ethereal, they could not physically harm Saichi...but the poor sap did not know that. Kitsu had been kind enough not to use his horrid brand of the Kamikaze bushin on Saichi during the clan tournament. The only thing that his monsters could do was look pretty, and blow up. Tougura, modeling his off of the "Cy-Clone" jutsu has a weaker version of this element. While a clone of Kitsu's would, normally, contain an explosive element, Tougura's only contained wind...pure...compacted...wind. Hopefully...seven bursts of wind would be what it took to take Saichi down.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Sachi yelled at the top of his lungs.
Sachi was yelling not only cause of his pain, but to pump his adrenaline. The body knew that angry yelling equated to a need of adrenaline. The adrenaline was what would be keeping Sachi standing at this point.
He dipped a hand into his weapons pouch, grabbed a fistful of shuriken (roughly nine) and harshly threw them forwards at the clones. Some spun correctly some just flopped forwards splattering the blood they picked up from Sachi's hand. When they left his hand he started to run forwards, slowly picking up speed. His hands came together and formed a single hand seal. Sachi formed and "L" with his right thumb and right index finger as a small burst of fire formed at the tip of his finger. He charged forwards, straight for Tougura. Hopefully he didn't have to shoot him with a fire style: bullet no jutsu...but if he had to in order to secure victory he would.

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. "You...miscounted..."
Tougura gave a smiled as the green clone fell from the tree above. Every other clone had been hit by the burst of shruiken, so, in order to ensure one last attack on his opponent, he gave a mental order for the green clone, the one that would blend into the leaves, to hide above in-case Saichi came in for a direct attack.
The clone took a step forward and its image seemed to overlap with Saichi's own.
Boom...
A swirling wall of wind burst out from the clone in all directions. At that range Saichi would have felt like he had ran into a brick wall.
That was it...it was done. If this didn't put Saichi to rest, then Tougura would forfeit the match before things got worse then they already were.
(( I'm starting to wish I had summoned the wolf pack when I had the chance... ))

Sachi disregarded any comment Tougura made and just continued to run. As soon as the clone came into view Sachi fired the fire style bullet at it. It would travel straight and true and destroy the clone before it ever got to Sachi, something that he counted on.
With one last final push Sachi jumped forwards towards Tougura who was on the ground. His fingers closed into a bloody fist, his knuckles cracking as he did so. He came down hard, aimed for the sternum of his opponent to put him out for good...but if he had something up his sleeve...Sachi would be the one who was done...

Anata wa watashi ga zutto mae ni "sayounara" to yutta hito wo omoidasaseru. Tougura had a look of pure fear on his face as he saw his final clone dissolve into a flurry of fire. He was dead...what was the only thing that Saichi's look could tell him as this point.
"No!"
With a final scream of pain, Tougura lifted his legs as Saichi jumped. Needless to say, he miscalculated the amount of strength his body had left. As Saichi came down, Tougura's legs crumbled against his opponent's abdomen as Saichi's fist directed itself into Tougura's own. To everyone around it would have looked like a stalemate...but the two fighters knew the truth. Tougura Hideki had lost the first battle of the Jounin Exams.

After the attack only a crumpled mass of blood and bodies was left over. Sachi was breathing heavy, so very heavy, it seemed like he dieing almost...but he was just slowly losing consciousness. He didn't know if he had won or not, all he knew is that he was satisfied with himself. In a slowly trudging moving he slumped himself off of Tougura and laid out on the ground.
