Captain Jack Sporky ~Lily~ Yes but I mean the way it ended. Normally when I finish a book/series it seems final to me sweatdrop Abhorsen just left too much open, like there was going to be another book afterwards (which there is, kinda XD) I'm actually disappointed with the endings of most books I read... But it's SUPPOSED to be left open! He's going to continue the series if he doesn't want THIS getting out..*waves mysterious envelope* Heh heh heh... What's in the envelope Sporky? xp Off topic but....has anyone noticed a few members have been added to the memberlist twice? surprised

hi peeps, me fav book well errrahh this is torcher(sp) gonk i cant chose errrm i think i would have to say lireal i conected with the characters and i thinkit was really well written (in white next part------> wink but so sad she never got the sight and she had to leave the clayr her only home but i surpose she had the dog but i really enjoyed sabriel and abhorsen (white again sorry---> wink didnt like it when the doggy died extremly not fair i was crying all the way through the last chapter the pages are tear stained

OMG probably Lirael. I actually have to read the Old Kingdom series again it's been awhile (so I forget quite a few parts). I haven't read ragwitch (it's on hold @ the library though) and I've only read up to Tuesday in the Keys to the Kingdom. So far it's Old Kingdom, closly followed with a tie between shades children and seventh tower with last place going towards the keys to the kingdom...which don't...catch me as much as the other ones did. I just don't relate as well.

Come on, Orranis was resealed, Hedge was defeated- crying - Lireal nearly dies, Mogget was freed (Yes!), and they performed a ritual not seen since the dawn of time. What more "wow" do you want? The Old Kingdom series as the best.
Lirael is my favorite out of all of them I think.
I did read Shade's Children, but that was just creepy.

i read shade's children, i thought that was good too ^_^
the 7th tower was ok, but i liked the Old Kingdom and SHade's CHildren better.
Keys of the Kingdom.....i never finished the first book...i didn't really like it.....but then again i never finished it...maybe i'll try reading it again ^_^

Well I just can't pick. I mean I have read the Old Kingdon series and the Seventh Tower series. I loved all of the books he has written. I need to read more of them. My library doens't carry his books. So I buy them instead. Which is just as well cause I can read them over that way.

ive read the Old Kingdom series at least trice over *huggles her books*, my favorite is Abhorsen, followed closely by Lirael. i punched Abhorsen and threw it across the room when i read the ending the firt time. i wanted to know so much more, and i didnt want it to be over.....i then promptly ran over to the book, picked it up, apologized profusly, hugged it, and placed it gently in its place on the shelf.
