"Oh, hi." Kanuka said embarressed. "I am Kanuka, your cousin, please don't worry. I did not mean to intrude or scare anyone." She bowed politely. "I just wanted to see what was so different. Why you all are seperated from us. I'm sorry." She blushed looking at the ground.

Keiko smiled, "Oh, hi Kanuka", she dunked under Alex's arm and bowed, "I'm Keiko", she said softly, "and its okay, but are you alright?" she said a bit conserned of her cousin, while holding out her hand to her.

He felt a little bad as he got all defensive "I'm really sorry..i am Kanuka." he bowed. "I just didn't know what to expect...please forgive me." he bowed one more time "We're heading inside, i'll make you something as well and give you something to put on your noggin."

Akiko walked through the gates to the main estate, carrying her groceries taht she had been out shpooing for in both hands. She stopped in surprise when she walked into a mid teenage girl with red hair and bright eyes that she had only seen before once, just a glimpse of her. (Kanuka)
"Oh! I'm sorry! I didn't see you there. I'm Akiko." she said, sticking her hand out to the younger girl.

Kanuka bowed respectfully, "It's okay. I am fine." Then startled she turned around to face, yet, another cousin she didn't know. "Hello, Akiko. I am Kanuka." She bowed again.

"It's nice to meet you, Kanuka," Akiko replied as she shook her cousin's hand and used her other hand to push a chunk of her waist length red-blond hair behind her shoulder. "Do you live here, er- are you a Sohma, I mean? I live here in the main estate, my house is over there," she pointed to a section of the main house near where Hatori's office was. "I live right next to Hatori-san's office, since I am his new assistant." (She's kind of like his nurse, sort of what Kana used to be)

"You work with Hatori?!" Kanuka exclaimed. She would've loved that. She had always dreamed of being a doctor. The only reason she knew Hatori was because he frequently visited her sickly mother. "You are so lucky." She said looking towards the ground blushing. She had always liked Hatori a little.

He blinked and noticed another person "Hello Akiko" he bowed to her "I'm Alex...would you care to come inside and eat something? i'm going to make something real soon." he smiled. He overheard there conversation "I'm a Sohma..."

"Yeah, he let me start after I finished med school last year. I'm kind of like a nurse and secretary combined for him. It's tons of fun, I love my job. And Hatori's a great coworker, and boss," Akiko blushed, and turned to Alex.
"Hello, Alex. I'm Sohma Akiko," she said, bowing politely. Her long hair cascaded over her shoulders as she raised herself up and looked at him. "Yes, I would enjoy something to eat, thank you."

"Well, why are we still standing here. I will help you in the kitchen, Alex." She bowed. She was very good in the kitchen. Though, she did have her bad moments as well as good.

"Alright lets head inside then. Now that we're done with the intros lets head inside and get some food...dont worry i'm makeing something for everyone." he smiled and the bowed. "I'll get some ice for that bump on your noggin."

"It would be much appreciated." She said awaiting for one of her cousins to lead her inside. She thought it would be rude to just go ahead of them. This is where they lived, not her.

"Thank you, Alex," she said, grateful for his culinary offer.
