Revear Purplegal Revear Vix Diesel I think this whole situation is a joke. Not because of religion or anything like that. But because of the way it's unfolding. One Muslim gets offended and wants the content removed, a Muslim group claims Sony is censoring them and their ideas by removing the content. Can't win eh? I don't care much though, I got a copy of the game today do the delay means nothing to me at this point. Yeah, they couldn't recall every single disc so you've got an unaltered one. i hear they are doing a patch for those. so when you conect to the network you will have to download the patch to bloc out those songs. They were working on a Day 0 patch originally, but went with the recall. The patch still exists, and there's only one song for the safari levels that contains 30 seconds of the lyrics. Here is the section of song.i just think its a shame thaty either way Sony deal with it they are gona end up in the shits with someone.

I think all that Sony is concerned about was the sects of Mulsim that would take an offense to the Koran being used in that way.

It would be fairly easy to miss unless you did speak the language, so the moment it was noted what it was saying and where it's from, and how certain sects find it offensive, it seemed they needed to take action. It's hard for anyone else to know what it was, because it's not terribly likely anyone who isn't of the faith knew what it was. Of course, the latter part is more speculation than anything.

Revear Again, I don't really know what all would happen in that process. I don't think many stores would have even taken them out of boxes because the street date hadn't launched yet. It's hard to say what went through Sony's mind, but the recall might be the easiest for them. it dosent need them to be taken out of the boxes to have cost the company loads to have got them to the stores. and it not like these boxes are light either, they have 100+ copys in at least and thats for the small stores. the big stores its larger quantitys that need sending back to the depo and then back to sony. i prefur the waste of space to waste of money. i know sony have invested almost half million in the advertising for this game alone so dont realy want any bad press but i dont seem them having hunderds of housands to throw on destroying loads of copys of the game just for few secound of song.

Although Kakuto Chojin was a critical and commercial flop, the background music eventually came to the fore, and Microsoft recalled the game in February of 2003.
