Marie grinned. "Kay, thanks," she replied, getting on the back. She wrapped her arms around, to both stay on, and because it was a sort of hug and thank you.

Soon enough, he took off. He followed the speed limit, but for him it was still fast ((Except in zones with low speed-limits)) It also seemed like he took a long way around, he knew the place she was going. He kept his mouth closed as to not get bugs in his teeth or something. After a long while of driving, they ended up at 'The Waves.' "Well, we're here, have fun inside." Erik said, smling.

Marie enjoyed the ride, even if it seemed a little long to her. 'I can never grow tired, of how it feels, to be on a bike.' When they had arrived, she got off, almost reluctantly. "Thanks, Erik. You sure you don't wanna come in? After all, there's a lot more to these places than just dancing. It's always just a nice getaway," she said, smiling softly, which was something unusual for her, since she usually either had a grin, smirk, or angry expression on her face. She knew that he probably still wouldn't go in, but it's still nice to ask.

Erik shrugged. "Really, I feel too uncomfortable around a lot of people...It's why I use the drive-through instead of going into the restaurant." He said. "Mostly, at least." He shook a little nervously at the thought about being around people. "I guess it's that I don't like to talk to people too many at a time, I don't see how the commanders do it."

"All right then. Well, maybe we can hang out sometime, eh? I don't see ya too much, and who knows if I'll be coming back from a mission or not." She waited, to see what his reaction would be, while in her thoughts, she was thinking about how much harder it was, to remember she was suppose to be spying, and that her name wasn't really Marie Gold. She then grinned. "Although, if you are looking for someone to talk to tonight, or any night close to now, I might be up to that, instead of sneaking out to the club every other night."

Erik sighed, getting off his machine. "I guess I'll go out on a limb, I'll come in with you." He said, putting his helmet on the bike. "Not sure how to act in one of these places... I've never had the guts to go inside before." He said. "Maybe you could boss me around in there or something..."

"All right then," she replied, grinning. "We can get a table, off in the corner. It usually means you want little company, and you don't want to be bombarded with people and questions. It also makes you 'the cool guy'." She then shrugged. "Not sure why, but it always seems that way. " She started to head to the place, walking backwards. "So, do ya drink? If so, I'll by ya one."

"I've had a drink before, it tasted horrible, and I hated what happened afterwords...a few years ago, actually." He said, exaggerating on how long it had been. "I'm not used to being 'the cool guy' either, it might be interesting."

"Well then, water is free. one can always order that," she said, when she knocked into someone.
"Hey! Watch where you-"
Marie quickly turned around. "Hey there, big boy. Sorry about the little accident. I really should have been watching," she said, as she spoke in a flirtatious tone.
"Oh, that's all right, little lady. Can I offer to get you a drink?"
"No thanks. I wouldn't mind a dance later though," she said, giving him a wink.
"My pleasure," he replied, and then we walked off.
Marie sighed, glad to have gotten herself out of a biker brawl, especially this early in the night. She then looked back to Erik, with her tongue sticking out, and winked. Putting it back in, she said," Wow. I almost made a big goof there. "

Erik smiled. "Oh well, we all make mistakes." He said. "You could probably flirt your way out of certain death, it looks like." He said. "Thanks for the push in getting me in here." He said. "I needed it."

Marie couldn't help, but laugh at his 'certain death' comment. "Well, if it doesn't deal with my superior, I probably could." She then smiled kindly, and replied," You're welcome." Then, she sneaked in another flirting comment. "After all, I'd do just about anything for you." She then winked, and walked over to the door, opening it for him.

Erik rolled his eyes. "I remember when I couldn't recognize a flirt." He laughed. "I can open doors, y'know." He said. Obviously, he either didn't catch her flirty comment, or chose to ignore it. "It won't work very well on me...I don't usually go out with people I don't know, so don't consider this a date."

"I know. It's just safer, if a woman opens the door, and hits someone, than a man," she said, grinning. She laughed again. "Believe me, it would be the end of the world, if I actually went on a date. This is just two friends havin' a good time." After he would enter, she would look around. She whistled a bit. "Looks like there's more life in this place tonight, than there has been in weeks," she said, mostly to herself. She looked over, at the band, and grinned. It was her type of music, and it was her type of atmosphere. 'I can always forget things and relax, when I'm in a place like this, where it's hard to think, and there isn't a need to.'

"I guess that's true." He said. He stepped in cautiously, looking around, then deciding it was safe. He hadn't walked into one of these places in forever...There was a band on stage that he didn't know, he wasn't sure what type of music they played. He hadn't listened to music in a while, honestly. He looked at Marie. "This is the kind of place you like to hang out in?" He smiled. "It's actually...kinda nice."

"You likes then? Good! You'll be invited more often," she said. "Ya, I do like this place. You can lose yourself in the music, and constant talking, and forget that there is a war going on, while at the same time, it can remind why we're fighting." she then began to get serious. "Not all of us have family to fight for, so we fight for our country, or those closest to us. I, myself, fight for those I haven't met yet. Heck, I fight just for the sheer good time people are havin'." She then scratched her head, and laughed weakly. "Sorry about that. I'm sure that sounded a little strange coming from me. I'll show you to a table, if you'd like."
She paused, and then said," By the way, don't tell anyone I told ya that. Not many people see me get all serious like that. It'll be our little secret," she said and winked," Okay?"
