Violet frowned and patted Merlot on the shoulder. "im sorry to hear that" he said quietly. he stared at Merlot for a moment then quickly moved his hand off her shoulder. he smiled nervously at her and nodded. "im sure u will!" he said happily. "ive seen many Heila come out of cakes. its cool to watch"

Smiling at Vi, "I can't wait! I bet it's just amazing!"
Standing up, Merlot stretched and went to get a closer look at the decorated cakes, "Do you know if these are Heila cakes or just the regular ones?"

Violet got up and followed after Merlot. he stood next to her and stared at the cakes. "i think these once are just show" he said nodding. he turned and looked at her. "they are just there to show people what the cakes 'generally' look like"

Cheering herself up, Merlot turned to Vi, "So is there anything you normally do around here?"

Violet shrugged. "not really" he said plainly. he didnt really know what to talk about with her. he never had any friends and didnt even talk to the others he lived with very much. he wasnt all that social and was usually always angry. he wasnt sure what to do or how to act with another.

Merlot thought carefully, trying to find something the pair could do. Not being able to think of anything, Merlot shrugged and went back to where they had been sitting and sat back down. "I guess we can just talk if you do have anything else you want to do."

Violet watched as she walked around then came back. he nodded and smiled. "sure talking is fun." he said. he stared at her for a moment then shook his head to snap out of the trance. "um..." he mumbled to start, trying to think of anything he could say. finally after a moment of silence he spoke. "oh there is a new heila at my home, and he came in all grown up. no cake just like u" he said with a nod.

Curious, Merlot turned toward Violet, "Wow, I wonder why some of up come from cakes and others don't. " Trying to remember her own past for the answers wouldn't do any good, since all she would get was a headache.

Violet shrugged. "maybe thats just how u were baked" he nodded smiling. he wished there was something more he could do to help her. he looked around at the cakes and sighed.
