Birth by Sleep Lady Aqua
In the city of superheroes and supervillians, there lurks a dark and dangerous shadow waiting to prey on those who fear her. Her name is...Fallen Sephyr. She disregards the law and doesn't tolerate those who stand in her way. She uses her razor sharp wings at her heels to slice her foes in half. One kick, and you're a goner. Her goal, to conquer the world. Like every normal supervillain, she hides out during the day, plotting evil schemes. But once twilight takes over, she makes her appearance during bank robberies, gruesome murders, mysterious suicides, and boring advertisement commercials. Before police arrive, she stretches out her sheer black angel wings and flies off into the distant night, forever disappearing until dawn breaks. Never is there any evidence left of her presence except a single black feather, that once touched, turns to dust. Not much else is known about this mysterious figure except her black wings, the red scarf, and the mask she wears. Will we ever see the face behind the mask? Who knows. It is all in the hands of fate & time.

This isn't the best I've seen. The layering is a bit odd. It seems you tried to match and/or spread colors, but I think you could have done a bit better on that. A bit too simple and plain, but nice. This looks incomplete, and you should have used more red items. I'm not really liking the bottom form of demonic anklets with this avatar.

I love that you included a mention of secret identity with the mask in the hero bio you wrote. I'm not all that taken with the avi itself as it looks a little too plain and more like someone in the mall who tried on a mask and wrapped a scarf 'round her head in a costume shop.
