Westly said nothing, he simply looked Pyroka in the eyes and grinned like a demon.

No, Pyroka, you just fell for the same trick twice.

Drawing four Mist Beads, two in each hand, Westly threw them to the ground so hard they nearly bounced. With the weather like it was, even four of them together wouldn't last more than a matter of seconds. The mist roiled up as the heat and electricity all but boiled it, filling the dome, and Westly bent the lightnings though the water-saturated air, focusing them all at Pyroka. The mist, or more rightly steam, faded nearly as quickly as it came, and on the heels of the fleeting lightning cloud Westly leapt, a fierce attack coming down on Pyroka from above.

"I COME AT THEE!"

(( Sort of. He's sending the raw electricity that the attack was made out of back at you. In short, not a swarm of lightning hummingbirds, just a very large lightning bolt and some flash heated steam. Possibly some fire or plasma as well depending on how much lightning there was. I'll spare you the physics lesson. ))

Another smile, and Westly said a single word.

"Gyakugan."

Reality seemed to pause momentarily like a poorly made VCR, complete with crackling static. The color went out, and Westly's eyes flashed a hundred colors in a moment before settling almost grudgingly on the black on white pattern of the Seisatsu Clan's Bloodline. Aside from his new eyes, the world resumed as if nothing had happened.

The thrown weapons nailed Westly square in the chest, but it was Pyroka that was wounded by it. He landed nearly on top of Pyroka and, taking advantage of the briefest surprise and flinch, Westly did something unexpected.

He grabbed Pyroka's sword by the blade in one hand and planted his other hand on Pyroka's chest. The hand on the sword bled. Blood was, of course, a saline solution; in other words, an amazing conductor. The electricity discharged, and Pyroka was zapped twice over, taking Westly's injury from it as well his own, as the lightning coursed through them both.

The "Time Stoppy" thing is just there for flavor; it has no practical effect. Think of it like how a Limit Break type move is displayed in a Final Fantasy game. Ridiculously over-the-top visual effects relative to the actual potency of the move.

Also, if your sword doesn't work that way, I am going to be very, very sad. ))

Side-stepping almost casually, Westly flipped Pyroka's sword around so he held it by the handle rather than the blade, and stabbed downwards with both hands. The idea wasn't just to impale Pyroka, but also to pin him to the ground like a new addition to a butterfly collection.

In past fights, whenever Westly had held a weapon against his opponent's flesh and demanded they yield, they'd keep trying to fight. Westly had since stopped bothering. If Pyroka wanted to offer his surrender, Westly would accept it. Outside of that, Westly was just going to keep wounding him until he lost consciousness. Fortunately, while he was no real healer, Westly knew just enough medical techniques to keep his opponents from bleeding to death before a real med-nin arrived.

If he tries to get up again, I'm breaking out the big explosives while he's still too wounded to escape the blast radius and while the Gyakugan's still active.

Oh, for the love of--

Westly let go of the sword. It was pretty well stuck in the ground, anyway, which had been his intention from the start. Reaching into his pockets, he pulled out a firework the size of his head. The fuse was made similarly to an exploding tag; it ignited where Westly touched it, allowing some leeway both with fuse timers and with not having bring a matchbook to a swordfight. He thumbed the fuse at the point closest to the firework itself, dropped it, and held his hands protectively in front of his face. Half a second later, it went off, shooting screaming sparklers everywhere while the blast wave flung him skyward.

When Westly landed, singed, he rolled to a stop nearly fifty feet away. He felt surprisingly fine. He got up, dusted himself off... and then let out a yelp and dropped to one knee as his eyes flickered and returned to normal. The worst of the pain had been the initial impacts, which he'd given to Pyroka, but it still hurt quite a bit afterwards. His Auto-Hypnosis technique adjusted; Westly wasn't particularly tough or good at ignoring pain, so he'd gone to the trouble to make a jutsu that let him.

Speaking of "tough or good at ignoring pain"...

Alright then, Westly thought, staring off at the clearing smoke. Let's recap. I stabbed Pyroka with a pair of knives, made him stab himself with a trio of thrown weapons, electrocuted him so he felt it twice over, made it feel like he'd sliced his hand open, stabbed him in the shoulder with his own sword, which electrocuted him AGAIN if I'm not mistaken, and then, when it seemed like he was still ready to fight, I dropped a large explosive on him, which he also felt twice, along with both our landings.

...

...If he still gets up after that, I'm calling the ANBU. He's either a Demon or an undercover ANBU-plus sent to infiltrate the village. Either way, not my problem.

Judge: "Pyroka is unable to continue, Westly is the victor."
