*The drill hit its mark. It hit Soul's abdomen((SP?)), his body being thrown into the air. It seemed as if Soul was done for, but when in the air, something shined at his struck point. Chakra shot from his chakra network and created a sort of shield to prtect him. Sadly, this was done at a sudden, the the shield wasn't that thick; in fact, the drill had pierced through it and put a hole into his abdomen, half inch by half inch. It stung and burned, air entering and blood leaving. With one hand, Soul held his wound and gripped it tight, adding pressure so it would bleed less. With his other hand, he began doing a line of hand signs. He was hurt alright, but he couldn't let his clan down. Now that he had some hang-time, he could now put himself on offence*
Fire Style! Phoenix Screech!
*Soul took in a deep breath, or, atleast, as deep as he could, and let fire flow from his mouth like water flowing in a river. The stream seperated into wave after wave, like large physical soundwaves*

*Interrupt Attack*
(The drill has a second part to the attack. Also if the drill hit it's target, it wouldn't just give off. It would keep digging right into you as my character wills it with his control over it)
Ketsu's attack had hit it's mark, now for the follow through. As the drill left the earth, Soul could see on the end of that drill small wooden plates ran off of it. (Picture it like this. See my signature? Imagine that the snake is split in half and the drill half of the snake is right now pushing up into you. So basically it's half the snake with the drill functioning as it's head.) No time. The moment the drill struck, Ketsu trusted his hands from under his cloak exposing them as he snapped his index finger back. A small *Click* was heard from the machine that ran into Soul's abdomen as suddenly from the other end of the object, flames began to breath out at an enormous rate. Ketsu was firing off his weapon's flame tank within the drill! Now, instead of using the flamethrower built into the item as a offense weapon to rain flames over his opponents, the flames were now propelling the drill forward! The drill now had become a deadly missile pushing up right into Soul and threatening to go right through his body himself.
(If you have an attack that can block that, then you can IA my attack here, but you said you had a "chakura shield" or something like that on your chest or something. However, even so you said the regular drill on it's own could shatter it, but a full trusted fire drill missile.....well, i think it's abit more powerful then the previous one sweatdrop )
