Rude much? Konata thought as her ears twitched slightly. She then walked off to explore the rest of the campus. I wonder what my roomie's like... she thought sitting on a bench under a tree with her tail swaying gracefully.

Kaede was having a small aurgument with Jake. The 1st aurgument that had in three years. "Aw come on I was just joking." She smiled an innocent smile. "If it bothers you that much I won't do it again. Honest." She flicked his forhead and giggled softly.
Jake sighed and frowned. "Ok ok your forgiven." He said. He brought Kaede into a tight embrace. "I could never stay mad at you Kaede." He said. "I'm going back to my room. Later." He pulled away, kissing Kaede's forhead and walked to his dorm room.
Kaede shook her head, sighing softly. "He is so uptight." She said to herself. Kaede turned and walked around the campus. She stopped to see Konata and waved. "Hello!!" She zoomed on to Konata. "I'm Kaede Moondela. Welcome to the Shooting Star Academy!" She stretched out her arms to her sides, wiggling her fingers like some crazy person.

Konata giggled and stood up. "I'm Konata Saotome, nice to meet you Kaede," she said bowing. "Was that your boyfriend? If I'm not being rude by asking, that is..." Her tail swaying slowly.

Sid had sat there, watching as the young girl introduced herself, taking inventory of her first reactions as he had with Jake. He also watched with slight curiosity as Jake blew the young student off. He wondered what had caused such an odd reaction in the man.
When he turned his attention back to the young girl, she had already wandered off.
"Kids these days," he muttered under his breath. He pulled his book out shaking his head, relaxing back against the rock. He really should be seeking out a more secluded area to relax, but he decided against it. "Alone again at last," he sighed softly turning the page.

Seeing more people arrive, Kai smiled a bit. Seeing another two girls together, she casually strolled towards them. Enjoying a bit of open earth, Kai slammed her foot into the ground to summon up a larger ball of earth than the one she had earlier. Happily seeng it form to a solid state, she began to kick it into the air and play with it using her feet, head, arms and hands to keep it in the air.

Kaede's eyes widened. "Boyfriend?" She said while tilting her head to the side. Then she shook her head no. "No no no! Me and Jake are just close friends." She laughed loudly. "I could never date him. No way. I think of him as a second brother." She said while putting her hands behind her back, holding her left wrist loosely. Jake laid in his bed, stretched out. He didn't want to wonder around like he usually did. Instead he just wanted to relax, enjoy the silence, and let his mind wander. Something that he usually doesn't do. (Nah. Only one teacher per class. )

Konata felt a bit embarrassed asking her that question. She then perked herself up and told her, "You can call me Kona-Kona, or just Kona! So which dorm are you staying in?" Her tail swayed and her ears twitched.

Kicking her earthen ball happily about, she gotten a bit enthusiastic and accidentally kicked the ball at the two other girls. Cringing slightly, she ran after it. Still hanging back a bit, she smiled sheepishly saying "Sorry about that. Guess I got a bit too enthusiastic about my magic."

Konata quickly threw her hand up and erected a force field wall. The ball of earth smashed into the wall and fell to the ground. "No problem!" Kona smiled and waved to the girl.

Smiling lightly, Kai waved back a bit. Walking slightly closer, Kai hoped she wasn't intruding on them. Planting her foot firmly into the earth, the ball few up and back into her hand.

Sid looked up at the girls congregating, and let out a sad sigh. He remembered being in high school, and remembered being so carefree that he didn't have to worry about how a person saw him.
He shook his head and started reading again, wiping his tears away, though if anyone asked, it was an allergy to grass.

Kona-Kona looked over at the other teacher and excused herself away from Kaede for the moment. She walked over to him and sat down on her knees in front of him. She smiled brightly with her grey eyes shimmering and said, "Hello! I'm Konata Saotome, but you can call me Kona-Kona or just Kona." She bowed politely in front of him.

"Ah hah ha! You'll have to find out my dorm room on your own. I'm not telling." She said with a smile. She turned to look at Kai. She waved at Kai, smiling. She watched Konata walk away. "Hey, everyone, tonight we have a party in the commons area!! If you don't know were it is find a map. They're all over the place inside the buildings!" She laughed and turned on the ball of her foot and ran off. Jake sat up, the silence becoming more boring. He sighed and went to the commons area, setting stuff up.

Sid smiled and her politely and nodded. "I go by Sid," he said, his voice low and a little on the hoarse side of things due to the emotions boiling on the inside. He held out his hand to her, offering a shake if she wanted it. "It's nice to meet you Kona. I teach the creative writing section of this school."
