Effect: A celestial sword, constructed by the world from the collective wishes of mankind and fueled through a conversion of chakra into photoelectric energy. The area it hits is wide enough to incinerate an entire military group. (Ayaka only uses this attack in desperate situations because of the immense amounts of chakra it requires. It is for the moment her last resort attack)

Sure. You use giant amount of chakra and the speed you manage to swing the sword to make a giant burst of light that can get to temperatures as hot as the sun. And it's a very wide-ranged attack so it could burn a lot of people to ash if they were standing in a group.

Effect: Makes 10 water clones they then run at their opponent and despercise covering them in water. The user then runs in on all fours and uses Electric fist(above) to send a jolt of electricity through them. Yhis jutsu is often used to hold the opponent still.
