After exploiting the empty Akatsuki Den, Miku arrived at the Rain Village, eager to meet another Shinobi. She looked around, then headed for the Leaf, where hopefully there would be more life.

After healing her wounds, Takai appeared in the village. Looking around, she spat on the ground. "I can't believe those stupid Protectors could fight me off like that. And I was forced to come here of all places." The assassin's eyes narrowed at the dreary village that hadn't changed at all since she'd left. But Takeshi caught her eye. He had a large amount of chakra, that almost made Takai shiver. Almost. Not knowing he was an Akatsuki, she raced to catch up with him. "You," she hissed. "Do you know of Kohane?"

The door to the shack crashing open suddenly, with a loud bang, a male dressed in black streaking into the door way, because of the force of the strike used to open the door, before backing a step out, into the constant rain of this village. "How do you plead? Guilty?" A young male asks, as he seems to stand half inside, and half outside. With the rain dripping from those drying parts of his body that were inside now. His hands rising, arms crossing across his black clad chest as he stands there in the rain. A wide brimmed tan hat, threaded together to protect him from the rain was resting on his head. Masking his facial features from view, and protecting most of his body from the rain. With a slight shift in his stance, causing the black cloak that he wore to swirl a little about his body. This odd shinobi rose his head enough to reveal the scared and battered face beneath the hat he wore. The entire right side of his face scared, as if from an explosion, and yet the eyes of the Sharingan were clearly revealed within his pupils. A slight, almost sickening smile had shifted across his thin lips, as his pale skin, looking almost dead in appearance, seemed to almost radiate in the shade of his hit. "Of course, your pleas do not matter. I am no judge, and my verdict makes no call for my actions. And yet.. Since you sleep with such a lack of peace, you clearly have a guilty conscious." He says, with a chuckle. The door before him, was being held open with a single black booted foot.
