I think that's a pretty decent guide, right to the point of things and easy to follow for most.
- Now I totally think that people can wear whatever they want but if you enter the arena then it should be something a little more classy and thoughtful not whatever you throw together out of the blue.
Also I don't know about seperate arenas, maybe I've just been here for some time or something, but I've seen plenty of non-cosplay winners as well that have just been creative. It really depends more on who's voting that week I think or what's going on.
