Roto awoke with a start as rain began to hit his window again. He walked over to it and looked out again to see a girl and a man sitting on the fountain, out of curiosity, he got his cloak, dagger, and bow and arrow and left his house to meet them.

Leif saw the man walking over toward them. He saw the bow and arrow that the man was holding, and instinctively put his right hand near the pouch on his belt. "Ah, another one. And who might you be?"

Roto bowed slightly, raising his hand in peace. "My name is Roto. I'm but a simple scholar and a studier of the magic arts. And who are you?" he addressed to the man and the woman.

Heather was panting as she stepped out of the place she considered her shooting range. She slung the bow and arrow over her shoulder and walked toward the three people in the group, trying for once to not be shy.

Startled by the approaching noise, Roto spun around and reached for the handle of his dagger. When he saw it was but a girl, he put his knife away and bowed. "Hello miss. My name is Roto, what would yours be?"

"My name is Leif.," he said to Roto. "It is a pleasure to meet you."
When the other new person walked over, he said, "My my, Castle Town is unusually busy, especially during the night."

Heather jumped a little when the person named Roto almost grabbed his dagger. "Um..I'm Heather. Nice to meet you Roto, and, um, your name is?"
She asked Leif. "And yes, it is rather busy..."

Roto's eyes brightened. "It's really nice to meet you Heather. Have you been around these parts long?" he asked, taking a step closer to her.

Roto's eyes flashed brighter as he pulled back his cloak to reach for a small bag of coins. Holding them up, he declared "Well then, my new friends, I suggest we go for a round to the milk bar! My treat!" And he awaited everyones response.

"Sounds like a plan to me," Leif replied. He wouldn't pass by a free drink, especially at the Milk Bar. He'd only been there once or twice, but from his small amount of experience there, it was the place to go for both good drinks and good information. He looked to Rouge, waiting for her response.
